Chapter 2: 2. Unexpected Discovery
Even though the restaurant was closed for the night, I still could not leave since there were no nightguards to watch over the place if it got robbed. So I had to stay the night. Since I was stuck here I went to the security room and accessed the laptop with the plan to buy more items for the pizzera since there was only food, a ball pit, and one broken arcade i had to get repaired. There wasn't really a problem with me staying the whole night since I owned the place and I had no one at home waiting for me to return so I wouldn't be missed if I didn't go home for a night.
As I looked through the items in the shop, I didn't notice movement in the storage room on the monitor to my left. The figure moving around in the room crept to the door before opening it and leaving through it making its way slowly towards the office.
"I could try to repair that black bear but I don't want THAT incident happening again.." I said to myself with sadness in my voice but I continued to think about sell or keep and repair lefty. Soon the figure made it into the office and shut both the security doors to trap me inside with it so I spun around in the office chair I sat on to find lefty standing there giving me the same stare it gave everytime I saw it.
"What the hell..?" I spoke with fear in his voice since I heard about the rumors of how animatronics from Freddy's were tampered with to kill nightguards but I thought it was a myth then I thought about it and I became afraid since Lefty could be one of those tampered animatronics and I was trapped with it unable to run. After a few minutes of silence, I spoke softly wondering why she didn't kill me but still afraid of what could happen, "can you understand me?" a few seconds pass before Lefty's head moves a bit up then down which scared me more but I tried to stay calm.
Then I asked Lefty, "do you want to harm me..?" once again a few seconds passed before Lefty shook her head a bit left and right which I let a sigh of relief out. "Alright" I said before looking at her and asking, "can you speak?" once I finished my question static came from Lefty which hurt my ears so I covered my ears to try to stop the static noise from blowing my ear drums out. "IF THAT'S YOU TRYING THEN STOP!" I yelled which made it stop. "Thanks for the pain.." I said slowly moving my hands from my ears as her ears went down a bit then I turned to the computer before buying something then speaking "I'm buying parts to repair you so once they come in the morning I'll repair you and you can perform as long as you don't do any harm if you do good then I'll let you roam during the day too to play with kids."
Once I said this Lefty's ears went up and her arms came from behind the chair and wrapped around my arms and chest to hug me making sure it wasn't tight or strong so she wouldn't break my bones or kill me because of her strength which made me smile then speak, "Alright go back to the storage room and power off when you power on you should be fixed" after I finished speaking she got and left following what he said. Once she was gone I sighed, 'Guess I got a possessed animatronic from how she was acting.. That was an unexpected discovery..' I setting up an ad for a night guard position along with a day shift and a few other positions so I didn't have to always stay for the night shift or day shift.
