Here is some explanation before it gets skipped "Dirac sea, a space where you can make anything as long as you have energy All particles, regardless of whether they're bosons or fermions, have a negative energy solution which is to say, they have corresponding antiparticles. As long as you have sufficient energy, you can produce particles and their corresponding antiparticles in pairs. Conversely, by bringing particles and antiparticles together you can annihilate them." My brain isn't good enough at this.

I mutter, "Two days left for the tournament, in 3 weeks I can pay for Gacha again.".
Cypher's assimilation rate is up to 60% now. I am starting to understand a language that normally can't be understood such as a program.
I'm currently working on a project—a program similar to chatGPT but updated with current data. The only downside is the token system. Users will receive a set number of free tokens each day, but if they want more, they'll need to pay for additional usage.
"This might make everything easier" I created two AIs. One is for my use, the other is a downgraded version for my project. This will make information gathering easier.
"Did Dick already become Robin?" I mutter as I watch the news about Batman's new sidekick. This guy... I still remember how he bangs Barb and then invites her to his wedding. It makes me wonder what the author was thinking.
"Let's see what Tatsu and Talia are talking about." The device wasn't just for communication, it was also a bug. Their previous conversation was about how they come from different realities, so they were shocked by what happened.
"What do you think?" Talia asked another person.
"I don't know. Instead of choosing our universe, why did that guy escape to another universe? " Her voice was mixed with anger and sadness. This girl seems to be her daughter from the injustice universe.
"Let's follow him first. He seems to possess knowledge about us and the future of this world. But we need to remain cautious," Talia said.

3rd POV
Hiroto's face lit up with a wide grin when he heard them talking. Though he expected Talia not to follow him, she seems affected by Batman's actions.
Unknown to Hiroto, What Talia cares about the most at this moment is the safety of her group.
Tururururururururururururururu The sound of his favorite ringtone from certain anime rang. Hiroto has created it from his memory.
Upon hearing the ringtone, Hiroto accepts it.
Hiroto asks, "So what's your answer?"
"We're joining your group, but you need to protect us."
"OK, let's meet at the tournament in Tokyo," Hiroto said before hanging up.
Hiroto uses a cosmic key to return to the world and climb up above the Rust Bucket.
"Now, that'll make everything easier with my AI" Hiroto launches a Weather Control Satellite "Little Policeman" ver 4.0.
Every process is covered with an Anti-Barrier so no one notices the new satellite launched into space.
This satellite will be used to help him gather information in order to find someone who will be a future threat. Hiroto decided to prevent something if he could.
Hiroto returned to his computer and continued writing programs for his AI. It was trained by Kururu's files and memory. This AI will use Keronian as the only language. This will help him be protected from everyone who doesn't have an ability like Cypher.

After some time passed, Hiroto decided not to sleep in order to finish his project.
"Finally finished!!" Hiroto happily shouted. "Now, the final part is naming. Let's stick with a normal name." Hiroto type one of AI that will be used in the future but without his existence it wouldn't have been created.
After finishing typing the female voice rang from the speaker "Oracle online. I'll do anything as you wish, master."
"Good" Hiroto clapped to himself. Because he wants this AI to be a tool, he makes it as emotionless as possible. Also, he makes it so he can't hurt himself or anyone else under him.
"Oracle locate Joker." Hiroto command.
"He's in one of the warehouses in Gotham City, master," Oracle replied.
"Control God Keron to capture it then throw it into Mauna Loa," Hiroto said casually. He doesn't want this lunatic to live. If it were revived in the future he would kill it again and again. He doesn't care what Batman will do but this variable needs to be removed if no one knows what will happen.
God Keron is deployed out of the portal with Anti-Barrier active. It quickly destroys the warehouse and takes the Joker with it. The Gotham resident is surprised to see the Joker fly in the air even if it looks like he's held by something.
Batman who is fighting with the gang suddenly hears Joker's laugh from the sky. However, what he sees is Joker being held by some invisible thing flying toward the outside of Gotham.
God Keron arrives at Mauna Loa, a volcano in Hawaii. God Keron captures Joker's last moments. God Keron also detects if gas leaks from Joker's body.
"Master, the Joker has been killed. I'll call God Keron back. If you want to use the video, I can also record it for you." Oracle informs Hiroto.
"Send videos to all media, and also write something like 'Something Batman should have done.' Or 'Why there's no hero(cops) who pull the trigger and save Gotham from this madness?' Hahaha, this will be interesting," Hiroto laughed. When he played Fiction Saga he chose to play hero because it was easy to get near heroes and copy something from them like GL ring.
"Now, the next target needs to be this guy" Hiroto wears a helmet that transmits user thoughts to the computer.
(AN: Keroro has it but uses it with a 3D monitor to share their ideas when making games)
In the monitor is a white-haired man who seems to be a normal civilian but Hiroto knows him well.

Sorry for very long until update //Dogeza
Because of the changing weather, I haven't been able to write. I really like the idea of not killing villains who are my resource but it will make this story different from what I really want. So, here is the first blood for MC. The Joker is something that shouldn't be alive.
While MC won't kill every villain, he will choose some who need to be killed for MC's sake, while some are only willing to be captured.
