Chapter 1: Dark Souls

I'm creating this novel because I've noticed many stories with this theme, but since they're Chinese, you can already imagine the problems and extreme racism, turning the novel simply into a story about cultivation.
I think it's a waste for such cool ideas to be thrown away because they are in the hands of authors who love "Chinanumbawan."

A young man with white hair and dark skin was in front of his computer, he seemed to be completely focused on his work. His curtains left the room completely dark, even though it was a beautiful day outside.
[Dark Souls: 80% Done.]
A blue screen was on the side of his face, indicating that his project was reaching its final stage. His smile grew as he saw that he was finally going to finish this and be able to rest.
"As a game creation system, I really thought it would be like fanfics that give me something ready...I didn't expect that I would have to create the game in such a traditional way." He scratched the back of his neck while sighing. It had been a month since he was reincarnated in this fantasy world, and the technology in the place was inconsistent, with things being quite advanced but delayed at the same time.
[It's not quite technology, thanks to the discovery of soul magic and magic stones, they managed to create an automatic Dungeon that can be used to train adventurers.] The system gave a direct answer even though the boy hadn't asked anything, but he knew he was connected and knew his thoughts.
"But couldn't they at least create a coffee machine? The restaurant is very far from here." It was a silly problem to complain about, but at least he knew that being stuck in the room for so long would be worth it, as he would earn his rewards.
[It's been a month since you came into this world. I'm sorry for not being able to speed up the creation process, but God said that at least reincarnated people need to make an effort to be able to have rewards.] This is valid considering that if everything were easy, many worlds would be plunged into chaos.
"There's no need to apologize, it's your job after all, it's better to have something than nothing." He just stared at the computer screen and now only had to wait for the system to create that world like a Dungeon; the hardest part had already been completed.
"Can you show me my stats? I haven't seen them in a while." He asked his companion, who had just made a window appear in front of him.

As it was being uploaded, the system automatically posted the game on the ancient tree network. A tree that was full of mana began to be used to circulate information and transmit the data from instant dungeons to adventurers.

• Kaelos POV •
"Hey Kaelos, you need training, don't you think? You had trouble dealing with those assassins today; better not to get rusty." I looked at my companion; he was completely right, if it weren't for the clerics, I would be dead right now. I just went towards the training hall, near a portal.
"What do you have for today?...Maybe I should change the type of training I'm doing, fighting against goblins in these trainings is so boring." I would look at the list I had of the new ones that were released, they all looked the same.
"Slay Kobolds Training, Defeat Dark Knight, Dark Souls? This one seems interesting to me, let's look at the description." It appears to be this young man's first game, so it shouldn't be very good, but it's better to try something new today.
"It seems very simple... I'll try." I would enter the portal holding my crystal, and after that light passed through my body, everything started to darken. When I managed to open my eyes, I was in the middle of a strange prison with a key next to me.
"I hate how bright the teleportation is." With that key, I only needed a little effort to open the door and not attract the attention of anything in that place. With my steel sword, I kept an eye out.
"That... is it a zombie?" I spoke quietly while in front of me was a thin and very rotten being. His face quickly turned, sensing my scent, and aggressively he advanced towards me.
"Fuck!" I had to be quick to defend myself; that zombie had strength equivalent to mine. The developer of this really wants to challenge us. "Get off me." I kicked this zombie with all my strength, managing to push it away. Without wasting time, I ran towards that monster, piercing its chest with my blade.
"I hope things stay that simple..." With the death of that zombie, I would continue to walk through this strange prison, but when I looked to the side, I could see an enormous green monster, and that alone made a chill pass through my entire body. "I spoke too soon..."
