3rd POV
"I'm sorry, Lord Stark, but I'll have to refuse" Domeric said as he looked into Ned's eyes seriously.
Ned was surprised, he didn't expect Domeric to refuse an offer of Engagement, Ned wants to know the reason for the Rejection.
"May I know the reason for this, Domeric?" Ned asked as he looked at Domeric expecting at least a convincing answer.
Domeric, who saw how the situation was, prepared to use the famous Talk-no-Jutsu and his Charisma to convince the man in front of him.
"Lord Stark, I don't think Lady Sansa would be able to adapt to Bolton Lands, either, she probably wouldn't be well accepted either, as she follows Southern traditions rather than being a Northerner, and most importantly.....I I want to find my soulmate." Domeric replied as he let his Charisma hit Ned hard.
Ned, who heard Domeric's justification, couldn't help but agree with him on certain parts, he knew his daughter was becoming more Southern than Northern because of Cat, plus Cat bringing septons to Winterfell, this was considered some Northerners an affront to traditions.
Since Domeric refused and it looked like he wouldn't change his mind, Ned then decided not to insist and to cause the relationship with the Boltons to deteriorate.
After that, they talked some more before Domeric left to see his aunt.

Several weeks had passed since that day, and Domeric had already returned to his territory quickly after his conversation with Ned.
Cat, who heard the news, was extremely irritated by Domeric's refusal, she kept trying to convince Ned to do something to tie up the Boltons, but Ned being his usual honorable person, did nothing.
But that doesn't mean that relations between the Boltons and the Starks are good, on the outside it looks like the two Houses are still friends, but on the inside, the Two Houses are almost back to the state of Rival Houses.
All thanks to Cat's Actions, involving some Cult of Sauron believers who were attacked by some septons of the Faith of the Seven, and suffered punishment for just defending themselves.
When Ned learned of Cat's orders, he confronted her and tried to apologize to the Believers while also punishing the culprits, but the damage had already been done.
For some believers went to Carn Dûm and spoke of it, both to Domeric and to the Cult of Sauron, the reaction everyone should know.
The Cult of Sauron demanded justice for the people who were attacked for no reason, and Domeric, as the Cult's Spiritual Leader, had to do something about it.
The Merchants who were related to House Bolton began slowly but steadily to stop selling and trading in the Starks Lands, which greatly affected them.
Ned, who saw what was happening, tried to reach an agreement, which Domeric and the Cult of Sauron agreed to.
The agreement they signed was fully involving the Cult of Sauron, what stood out the most were the following clauses of the Agreement:
1- Total protection for all believers and missionaries.
2-The guilty septons must receive the punishment they deserve (Which will be decided by the Cult, as long as it does not involve killing).
3-A reparation payment must be given to Believers who have been wronged.
These three main clauses were the most important in the agreement that was made between the Starks and the Cult of Sauron (House Bolton was the "Mediator").
After that everything went back to normal, while the Stark-Bolton Relationship was good on the surface, Cat's actions made some people angry at the Starks, particularly the Cult of Sauron.
Now, we see Domeric in his office signing some papers with his aunt.
"Auntie, how are the preparations for the Expedition going?" Domeric asked as he continued to sign some papers.
"Preparations are mostly done, but Domeric, do you need to go?" Barbrey asked as he looked worriedly at Domeric.
She was worried about the Expedition that her nephew wants to do, going beyond the Wall to try to find and if possible, recruit giants, even if it takes an entire Legion, still worries her.
"Yes aunt, I need to go on this Expedition, as it's not just to find and recruit giants, it's also to create a Fortress Beyond the Wall so I can deal with wildlings more efficiently" Domeric replied as he looked at his aunt and stopped. to sign papers.
What Domeric failed to say was that he would also use it as a base to create Mountain Giants, the fortress would serve as a place where they can gather as they want to "join" House Bolton.
This would also be good for the Night's Watch, as it would help them prevent wildling attacks, which would make the relationship between the Night's Watch and House Bolton even better.
Because the weapons and armor, in addition to other supplies that were always sent to the Night's Watch, were enough to make the Commander eternally grateful.
House Bolton has also received permission from Ned to make the expedition beyond the Wall, as even though House Bolton and House Stark are at odds, it's not quite to the point of causing the honorable Eddard "Ned" Stark to deny such a request.
Winterfell, Ned's office
"I don't believe it Ned, YOU GAVE PERMISSION TO THE BOLTONS TO MAKE AN EXPEDITION" yelled Cat while looking at Ned angrily.
"I don't see any problem" said Ned while not paying much attention to what Cat was saying.
"Frankly Ned, I don't understand why you-"
"ENOUGH CAT, I won't change my decision!" Ned said with anger in his tone as he stopped paying attention to Cat.
Cat, now totally enraged, stormed out of Ned's office slamming the door at the end.
Returning to Domeric's Office.
"Urgh, fine, I'll let you go, but if you're in danger, you should be behind your troops" Barbrey said reluctantly as he relented.
Domeric and Barbrey talked for a while longer until Barbrey had to go back to his room to rest.
Domeric, who was now alone, went to a drawer and grabbed a bottle of tequila he'd hidden, then grabbed a glass of milk to mix and drink.
"I KNEW YOU'D TRY THAT AGAIN" yelled Barbrey as he walked into the office with one boot in his hand.
Domeric, seeing that he couldn't escape through the door, did the unthinkable.....he jumped out the window, landing straight into the haystack he'd left beside the window if need be.
???? pov
I was walking through the corridors of the Outpost that was under my command, and the soldiers that passed saluted me, which I did the same.
I was tasked with dealing with the troops of a Minor Lord who was Lord Bolton's vassal, keeping them in line and loyal to Lord Bolton was my job.
Before I was the third son of a family of farmers, I helped my father in the fields along with my other brothers.
It was until I got the chance to be part of the Armed Part of the Cult of Sauron, I got enough money not only for myself but also to help my parents and brothers.
It is thanks to the Cult and especially to Lord Bolton that I am where I am today, and I will fulfill my role in dealing with any cowardly or traitorous scum that is around here.
"Commissioner Bran, the soldiers are assembled and prepared for inspection" Said an Uruk who was at the Outpost, several Uruks and Half-Trolls came to help me deal with the unruly recruits.
