Chapter 3: 'System'
Hearing the shout from his wife, Ji Chen who was sleeping soundly embracing her woke up with a shudder and looked all around the room full of vigilance. His entire slumber completely wore off in a matter of seconds, as a bit of sweat even formed on his face.
After looking all around the room and found out it was safe enough, he looked at his wife with a doubtful expression. He knew he had been reincarnated, as the feeling he felt when he died is something that can't be dreamed casually.
He just doesn't know at what date he has been reincarnated. After ridding all doubts that are trying to bombard his brain, he looked at his wife who was still looking at him with absolute amazement written on her face.
Just when he was about to open his mouth, the door of their room got opened. A teenage boy and a beautiful girl came inside with large strides. As soon as they entered the room, they got dumbstruck and stood on the side like chicks who were horrified.
Ji Chen doesn't know what caused his family members to react weirdly. He subconsciously knew that they were acting like this because of him and moved towards the mirror that was laced beside their bed.
As soon as he saw himself in the mirror, his eyes widened with surprise. In the mirror stood a man with 180 cm height and 85 kg weight. His skin looked fair enough and at the same time, his body looked perfectly fit. The most surprising thing of all is that man looked to be around 30 years old and also quite handsome.
Ji Chen understood this to be his first gift from that person. He slowly turned back towards his family members who are looking at him with a myriad of expressions. He opened his mouth and said,
"Xiao Yi!! I too don't know how this happened...... But all think of is that it is looking like one of the symptoms that may occur to us in the following days. You know Lin Ming Right? He is the one that told me that something big is going to happen to this world in the following days. I can only think of this as one of the changes that he said."
Ji Chen outright lied using his close friend's name who was in a very secretive organization. Among all the friends of Lin Ming, Ji Chen is the only one he feels like his brother. Lin Ming was an orphan and he grew up in an orphanage from 4 years old.
That is the only orphanage in his entire village. JiChen's parents also loved Lin Ming and used to give him what they can afford at that time. All of this was completely engraved in the mind of Lin Ming. Xiao Yi and his children also knew Lin Ming as he frequently visits their house. They knew that Ji Chen and Ling Ming share an irreplaceable bond as friends and even consider themselves as brothers.
As soon as his family members heard what Ji Chen said, all of them looked confused for a bit, as they didn't grasp what Ji Chen was saying. But they know that something was going to happen to this world in the following days, as the perfect example was standing in front of them outright.
"I can't explain much to you all! As he also said that he couldn't leak this kind of information, which was completely classified. Just don't ask me anything for now, as he didn't say much to me. Plus we should first consider how this thing is going to change, right?" Ji Chen explained a bit and also completely changed the topic.
"What's there to consider dad? It looks like this is going to make people young or even may give powers, right?" Ji Yun who was an Otaku was positive about the situation, as he found that his father was looking much younger than what he used to be.
Looking at the enthusiastic eyes of his son, Ji Chen was about to explode but soon restrained as he know that his son will change if he tried with casual talk than a fight.
"Your uncle said that things will get worse with days flow. Do you think! He was lying?" Ji Chen asked outright, as his son was a devotee of Lin Ming. After hearing what his father said! Ji Yun, shut up his mouth completely and the excitement in his eyes also dimmed down a little.
"Yun'er! Take your sister and go to your rooms. I need to talk to your father personally." Xiao Yi said.
Ji Yun also understood this and dragged his sister who was listening to all this with much interest. She also wants to say something to her father. But didn't get the chance to say in the end, she was soon dragged out of their parent's bedroom.
Xiao Yi slowly walked towards the door and locked it. She soon turned back and walked towards Ji Chen, before she stood in front of him with their faces almost touched each other. They both looked at each other's eyes, without even saying anything a myriad of understanding passed through them.
"Is it going to be that bad?" She asked.
"When the time comes I will tell you what you want to know." He know that his wife understood him best. He also knew that she was itching to find out what he was hiding from her. He may be able to deceive his children, but how could he possibly deceive his wife?
She just nodded her head and looked at him in the eyes, before slowly moving her lips to lock on his lips. This initiation caused Ji Chen who was reinforced with a much stronger life force to sit back. He used both of his hands to completely bind her into his embrace by holding her waist. He also soon took the lead to pry open her teeth with his tongue and searched for......*Ahem*.
After they shared their long passioned kiss, he let go of her who was panting while bending. She looked absolutely stunning in that view, as he can clearly saw milky white cleavage which runs deep. He restrained himself and asked her to prepare breakfast and as his wife went away, he moved towards his phone so that he can check the date of the day.
Just when he took the first step he heard,

After saying what that cute voice wants to say it completely vanished. Ji Chen doesn't know how to respond to this kind of situation.
