Bloodthirsty creatures weaved and leapt between skyscrapers, in search of prey.
Thunderous beasts shrouded in lightning took steps that shook the earth with each stride.
Humans hid, trembling in the city ruins, praying for the protection of the World Tree.
Outside the city, a gargantuan tree that eclipsed the sun, opened its eyes.
"This is the city under my sanctuary. Leave, or meet your death!"
In an instant, all beasts submitted.

I'm enjoying this story and am just starting chapter 28 now. The MC is both growing quickly and yet the growth spurts feel more spread out than they are, due to other activities occurring. The MC is forced to be patient, due to being a tree, at least at first. As he gains abilities, he starts interacting more with various wildlife, so there is more going on than just his growth as a tree. His first mission into the nearby city, using the animals, was interesting and caused more than one reaction among the humans. The translation, grammar, etc. is mostly good and many chapters have no issues.
Pretty good, it is solid and on the right track, the protagonist, despite being a tree, is still a decent being, and the translation is good.
RAW title: 全球灾变：我成了世界树 # Chapters: 546 (Ongoing) It's good. Non-human MC trying to grow stronger secretly, but his form doesn't allow it and so he's trying to grow faster and faster in order to protect himself. Currently read 29 ch. I expect that later, likely some will be covetous for many reasons and his actions will shock town/country... Basically similar what happens in such novels where MC is non-human and needs to grow, the other good novel was, although with bad ending: Tales Of The World Devouring Serpent
