"Kabiyesi!"
The King was alerted as the Chiefs and the rest of the Royal family rush into the throne room. "Ebun has started with her wahala!! This time around she has gathered her thugs to go and caused trouble in the town. She obviously wants to kill her sister."
"AH!! We must stop that brat!!" he says as he gets up from his throne and heads outside with everyone else following his steps.
There is chaos in the land as sounds of gunshots echo into the skyline. People scatter and flee as thugs make their way down and begin to ransack the town, leaving chaos and destruction in their wake. Ebun fires a gunshot which unfortunately strikes down an innocent child.
"AH!! EBUN WHY-" Ebun guns down her mother without hesitation. "You have outlived your usefulness witch."
"You wicked child!!"
She whips around to see the King. "Ah hello grandpa. Was wondering when you would show up." she says with a psychotic smirk in place. The Chiefs all exclaim upon seeing the dead body of Ebun's mother. "How could you have killed your mother?!" Iyalode exclaims.
"That woman is no mother. In fact she is a disgrace to humanity. A useless worthless witch."
"Silence!! Don't you dare talk about her that way!! So the rumours are true!! The rumors about you being the true villain that secretly whispers evil words to your mother!!" says Kabiyesi. Everyone's jaws drop upon hearing those words.
"SHUT UP OLD MAN!! YOU REIGN ENDS TODAY!!" With that, one of the thugs points a gun at the King and shoots him several times. The group immediately disperses with Ebun and her gang chasing after them.
"FEYI!!" FEYI!!" Feyi runs back into the Palace where Dolapo and their friends were waiting for her. "We have to run away right now." says Dolapo. Feyi has a confused look on her face. "What do you mean?"
"Ebun is here with her thugs and she is wrecking havoc all over the city. We have to go before she kills us. Kabiyesi and the Chiefs were already alerted and have retreated." Feyi quickly rushes in and packs up as much as she could lay her hands and together, she and her friends run out.
Hours later, a seemingly triumphant Ebun walks into the Palace, an evil smirk in place. "Search the Palace for the other bitches." she says. Two of the thugs run into the Palace to search. Ebun then takes the opportunity to take her seat on the King's throne.
The thugs then return. "No sign of anyone." Ebun then laughs manically. "Those cowards. They told me they were going to deal with me. Yet nothing. All that juju that they use has failed them. And now, I am the new King of this town!!" She keeps on laughing.
Meanwhile, Feyi was waiting at the airport whilst Dolapo helps with sorting their tickets. It was decided that they would run off to the US to lay low for a while until things die down. Ebun more less forced everyone into an involuntary exile.
She had a bad feeling that Kabiyesi must have gone to commit suicide or something considering the fact that what Ebun had just done is beyond insulting.
"We are sorted." says Dolapo. Feyi gets up and joins the others as they are ushered off to their flight. Feyi stops in her tracks and stares into the distance for a brief second. There is nothing more irritating than having to be forced to leave because of someone like Ebun. But it is not like she had a choice here.
After saying a silent prayer in her mind, she goes off to start off a brand new life.
