Chapter 43: 3/30 Days Later
Bibi Dong and Qianye Yinger looked at Esdeath and Yuan with squinted eyes.
Kaguya is not so known to a thing called 'Common Sense' and said, "Did you two keep on doing it for 3 days? That's why you took all the time."
Esdeath who hear this looked at Bibi Dong and Yinger and smiled mischievously.
"Of Course Not! What are you even saying Kaguya? We have been in the room for 30 days. For the first time, we kept on doing it for 4 days and then slept for a day. Darling was so strong and that's why I had to take a break. And now 30 days later, we can keep doing it for 6 days."
"We slept for a day with him inside me and now we are here."
She said it openly which made Bibi Dong and Qinaye Yinger's jaws drop slightly while Kaguya was also shocked. Yuan who was at the side, pulled Esdeath's cheeks and said, "You shouldn't tell these things in the open. And why are you bragging, Didn't you keep on telling me to stop most of the time?"
"Hehe! Why can't I? After all, you are my darling."
Yuan shook his head and changed the topic.
"Now that we are done, Are you two going to leave for a journey, Yinger and Kaguya?"
Both nodded and Yinger said, "Yeah! We had taken care of the things in the past 18 days and now we will look around the world and teach her some common sense."
She said and flicked Kaguya's head slightly to which Kaguya pouted and rubbed her forehead.
"What about you Bibi Dong? How much of your plans are done?"
"Most of them are done. Now all we need to do is take control of Daimyo and control the Cloud Village and Rock Village."
"Well, they will be easy. When do you want them to attack, just tell us, and Esdeath and I will take care of it. After that, what have you planned?"
"Here, Read these. These are the policies I had written and these can be used in our world too." Bibi Dong said as she gave the policies to everyone.
Reading the policies everyone nodded.
Bibi Dong had created policies that will create a Karmic and Merit-based society. Every month, all the people will have to check in the booths and see their Karmas. They will have to strike to work hard, make merits and have Positive Karma.
Then they could decide, whether they want rewards at that time, or they could wait and get more Positive Karma to get more rewards.
Those who had Negative karma will be judged at the same time.
She also made sure that society won't be divided between Shinobi and civilians. It doesn't matter if you are civilian or shinobi, you will only be judged based on merit.
She made the government into three parts,
Legislature- The one who makes laws and its head will be Tsunade.
Executives- The one who executes the laws and its head will be Mei.
Judiciary- The one who checks the laws and sees if they are will bad or good, depending on the location, and its head is Konan.
The three parts of government worked independently but they were interdependent on each other and they kept an eye on each other.
There were other rules too, but the most important one of them was,
'Everyone will have to go a mandatory two years of physical and self-defense training. Whether they are 'Shinobi' or 'Civilians'.
Those under 10 years old will attend the training at 10.
Those between 11 to 15 years old will attend the training at 15.
Those between 16 to 20 years old will attend the training at 20.
Those between 21 to30 years old will attend the training at 30.
Reading all these laws, rules, and regulations, everyone looked at Bibi Dong with appreciative eyes. She would have to work hard and think from all perspectives as she came up with these laws.
"Amazing!"
"Indeed, they cover all aspects of society."
"With Merits and Karma visible, everyone would have to work hard or they would be left behind."
Bibi Dong who looked at their appreciative eyes felt happy. It was her first time getting genuine appreciation from others.
"So when will we start the plan?"
Esdeath asked excitedly, as she wanted to see the result and how a merit and Karmic-based society would work.
"I will also be using these policies for my empire and Bibi Dong, you will have to come into my empire for a few weeks."
"Hmm! I will come but there will be conditions."
"What conditions?"
"Let me tell you the first condition." Saying this Bibi Dong whispered something in Esdeath's ear which made her face red and then an excited expression appeared on her face.
"Of Course! I accept them."
"Are you sure? You should think about it clearly and discuss it with him too."
"No, No! I accept, I had discussed and I am sure we will accept."
Bibi Dong nodded while Yuan looked at Esdeath with a questioning look to which she shook her head.
"Again, when will the plan start?"
"2 months later. First I will start the policies in Amegakure and Konohagakure. Then after 2 months, all the defects it will have will be cleared and then the policy will be used in the whole world."
Everyone nodded at her.
"Then I and Kaguya will take our leave. See you all 2 months later."
They all hugged each other while Kaguya and Yinger gave Yuan a kiss on the cheek and teleported away.
"Wow! Didn't expect Sister Yinger to be bold. And Sister Kaguya was being Sister Kaguya."
"Sister Yinger? Sister Kaguya?" Yuan asked her as he come out of his thoughts when he saw their stunt.
"I will tell you, Apparently, Esdeath considered us as sisters but she was too shy to talk about this. Only after I talked to her, did her thoughts come out."
"Eh! Then you---"
"Yes, I know."
Bibi Dong when to his hears and whispered in a sultry voice, "Mommy Bibi Dong knows little Yuan's thoughts. All of them."
Yuan who heard was flustered and embarrassed.
Seeing him like this Bibi Dong kissed his cheek and left him and Esdeath embarrassed.
(She doesn't exactly know their thought. It's how they see her, Yuan had a crush on her past life and he read too much fanfic about her which created a Mommy Persona for her.)
