Hadrian was reading a book about Morozova,when he felt someone watching him,so looking at the direction of the spy,he spoke up"You can come out now."
A girl with brown hair and pale blue eyes,with a face full of freckles.This was Nina,she has been trying to get Hadrian to notice her since their first meeting in study of Human anatomy.This girl is a Heartrender, they can use their power to damage a person's internal organs. Their ability ranges from slowing a person's pulse to snatching the air from their lungs. The target must be in their line of sight
Nina gave pout and said"How to do you always find me,is it because you are fated to be together that you could always sense me."
She gave Hadrian a flirty look,only for Hadrian to give deadpan look.For Hadrian these girls have not even have reached the 10 years of age,so he didn't have any attraction and sure he was protective of Zoya and Alina.
Hadrian rolled his eyes and replied"No,I am just good at sensing Grisha."

Nina didn't looked angry or miffed instead their was gleam in her eyes,at first she was interested in this new sun summoner.But upon their first meeting her interest grew,being a sun summoner his bloodline could be considered legendary,it also helped the fact he was good looking and had a good personality.
Nina sat next to him and said"I have doubts about a few things."
Hadrian sighed and asked"What is it?"
Nina simply smiled and showed her notes,she had already seen Hadrian notes by accident it was way advanced than any of the things she had read in the library.
Nina wad really smart she can speak 6 languages and is proficient enough in Fjerdan to pass off as a native speaker.So she knew this wasn't fake,she was really liking this boy more and more with time.
What he didn't know at the time was Zoya and Nina had rivalry of their own.
After that encounter Hadrian was really planning to create an amplifier,his plans were either a Pegasus or Phoenix.Both were exceptional creatures,work many extra abilities,while he had phoenix animagus.He really wanted a companion like Fawkes,it would actually help in dangerous situations.
So Hadrian decided to create a Phoenix first,since Hadrian studied a particular a particular magic called Merzost (Ravkan for "Abomination" and "Magic") is an alternate form of the Small Science. It is the power of creation, of life over death; a corruption of "the making at the heart of the world." It requires the sacrifice of something essential from the person attempting it, and consequently the act of performing merzost drains vitality from the person. The power can be unwieldy in the extreme, and is likely to produce unexpected or unintended results to a devastating degree.
Hadrian tweaked it a bit to make it a ritual and thus removing the vitality draining part.For this ritual,like Morozova he had to fucking take his own finger and he had use bird or animal of choice to make it the host of the powers.
So for a phoenix,Hadrian took a eagle and thus the ritual started Hadrian slowly raised his hands, gathering a large amount of energy causing the wind to pick up. Once enough amount of energy has been accumulated, he then seems about to place both of his palms against one another before throwing them violently upwards causing flames to erupt from the ground around him.
Hadrian wave his hands around like painting as magic circle was drawn on the ground with the fire.Now after placing the eagle ans his finger bone in the circle,he started chanting the spell,this was just the start he had other creature in his mind.
