Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Binita decided to leave the house. When she turned around to exit the house, only to find the door missing. The very same door through which she entered was replaced with a thick wall. Binita rushed towards the mini-passage and examined it. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. The wall seemed to have been there for a long time. Looking at this, Binita began to panic. She took a few deep breaths to calm down. But this was just the beginning.

A few minutes later, she heard the unlocking of a door, which echoed from the dark passage. Binita, making absolutely no noise, went towards the passage and, from the corner, peeped into the passage. The last door on the left side was slightly open, which later opened wide. Then, someone from that room switched on the light. Binita was spying as if she was on an espionage mission. A few moments later a dark, thin shadowy figure appeared from that room. It had long hands, gangly appearance and had no hair. Binita could hear the rustling of the leaves from the room, from an open window, perhaps.

As time passed, Binita began to notice faint noises; a Mushy noise, like an animal eating meat. As it grew louder, she could listen to the growling of a creature. She was convinced that there was probably an animal trained to protect this house. Suddenly the noises stopped. It was dead silent. Slowly, the shadow stood up, like it had noticed Binita. " I will KILL YOU BITCH" screamed the shadow in a threatening tone.

Simultaneously, the door of the room slammed shut. Binita panicked, but she pulled herself together and ran towards the shoe rack located in the mini-passage. She opened the door of the rack and found a small door at the wall facing her. At the same time, the door in the dark passage opened, and the creature came running to find and hunt down the intruder. Without a second thought, Binita jumped inside the rack and secured herself by closing the doors, and stepped inside the secret room in the rack equipped with a sliding door. Binita shut the door. Just as she closed the doors, the creature came in front of the rack by tracking Binita. She could hear the noise of breathing of the creature. It was like a monster breathing.

A few moments later, Binita began to notice a foul smell in the room, which grew intense. She covered her nose with a handkerchief and started to regret stepping inside this house. But she felt it was logical to stay inside the room hidden.

It was a game of silence; If Binita stood still making no noise of any sort, she would live. A few minutes later the monster's presence grew fainter, probably it retreated to its room, but any noise at that moment could alert it. Binita sighed out of relief, but her relief did not last long. Binita received a notification on her phone, making a notification sound, which alerted the monster. It came back running and opened the rack. Binita covered her mouth tightly to not make no sound. The monster began to knock on the walls of the rack to identify any secret doors. When it knocked on the wall facing the itself, it made a hollow sound. Meanwhile, Binita was panicking. Luckily, she noticed a switch on the roof of the room. The door opened, and simultaneously she switched off the switch, hoping it would do something. The light in the rack turned off, making the room completely dark. The monster was right in front of her, but both couldn't see each other as it was very dark. Binita held her breath. The monster slammed the doors of the rack out of agony and returned to the room.

A few minutes later, Binita came out of the secret room, still inside the rack, put her hand in her right pocket of her jeans and pulled out her phone. First she turned on the flight mode and then turned on the flashlight on her phone to take a detailed look at the secret room. What she saw frightened her like never before. Inside the tiny room were bodies of dead and decaying rats. There were wounds on the bodies of the rats. The smell was so intense that Binita almost puked.

As she increased the intensity of the flashlight, she could see dead roaches, dark black in color almost the length of an index finger. She also spotted ants feeding on the dead and flies flying and feeding off them.
