Chapter 4: Training Part 1
In a vast universe with no definite end, there are trillions of galaxies and planets scattered across the vast expanse of this universe. As far as the eye can see what can only be seen are the twinkling of the stars that illuminate the dark space like city lights that illuminate the streets at night.
Among these stars is a large planet the size of the Sun orbiting a star 100 times larger than the Sun as the center of the solar system. The planet is broadly divided into 2 regions, half of the planet is a barren, dry region, and it appears that there is no life in it. Some of the other areas are tropical regions, dense forests full of trees that soar high into the sky, hills that line up neatly so that it seems as if they were neatly arranged by someone, and it looks so lively.

Then his muscle fibers now overlapped and connected with his blood vessel circuits throughout his body forming his new flesh filled with muscle and energy flowing along his veins.
The process lasted for 30 minutes, after the process was complete, Ray examined the inside of his body using his consciousness, now his skeleton and bones were a clear green like very hard jade, his flesh was full of muscle and energy flowing along his veins, internal organs. the color of his bones, his blood was a little golden red, and his skin became softer and smoother so that even mosquitoes would slip if they stuck to his skin because of the softness of his skin.
Finished examining his body, he realized that his surroundings were filled with a foul smell, due to the black excrement liquid that was escaping from his body.
"Ugh, it stinks.. My newly bought clothes seem to be useless". Ray said.

A very old looking scripture appeared out of thin air, when Ray opened the scripture suddenly a light emanating from the scripture shot into his forehead and entered his sea of consciousness. Suddenly Ray was filled with knowledge of the technique and started looking at the information.
Myriad Defying Cultivation is a cultivation manual that allows cultivators who study it to strengthen the body and soul by cultivating various kinds of energy and then converting it into Qi energy which is much purer and stronger. This technique is divided into 5 Stages. But only 3 Stages were accessed, to access the next stages you had to complete the 3rd stage.
Stage One: Learn how to feel the various kinds of energy that exist, and then draw it into the body. After various kinds of energy entered your body, the energy within your body would be assimilated into your bones, flesh and blood to strengthen your body. After understanding all that, someone can circulate energy through the profound veins throughout the bones and body.
Stage Two: Absorb various kinds of energy and then convert the existing energy into Source Qi. The transformed Source Qi will flow through the Spiritual Roots connected to the Dantian, and the Dantian acts as a supply center for Source Qi reserves. Profound Veins act as a circuit to release the power contained in Source Qi that within the dantian out of the body for either attack or defense.
Third Stage: Using Source Qi to train the soul, when the soul is strong enough, the soul will manifest and can leave the physical body. When a person can manifest his/her soul. His/her perception, power and sea of consciousness rose to a new level.
Ray who finished reading the information on the manual immediately looked for a position to meditate on studying the second stage. Because, after consuming the pill he had mastered the first stage.
Back in the present, after Ray meditated for 4 hours cultivating the second stage, but still no progress at all.
"Sigh, it's really hard to convert energy into Source Qi". Ray sighed.
