Chapter 24: Chapter 23
August 31, 1971
Today is the day when Severus, Hope and Lily will go to Hogwarts by train and will attend the Sorting ceremony to find out in which house they will be sorted.
Right now, Severus, Hope and Lily were standing in front of the King cross railway station with the Evans couple because Mikaelsons can not come to say goodbye to Hope because of their special circumstances and Severus told Eileen that there is no need for her to come just to say goodbye.
of course, Hope was very sad that her parents didn't come to say goodbye to her like others' parents but Severus had already explained what could happen if they come here.
Michael," So how can we go to platform no. 9¾."
Severus," we just have to cross the wall between the platform 9th and 10th."
Everyone nodded while three of them didn't have any luggage with them because of the special rings which have storage equal to Belaz 75710. so they won't have to worry about lifting luggage or storing their things.
All of them come in front of the wall between the 9th and 10th platforms, Severus said," Please hold one of us because only people with magic can pass through this wall."
The couple nodded held on to their shoulders and all of them cross the wall. They come on platform 9¾ and saw that train was already there and many parents were there to say goodbye to their children.
The Evans couple looked at Hope and Lily said," Please take yourselves and if you can't adjust there then tell us immediately ok you don't have to stay there If you don't want to."
Lily and Hope nodded and then Evans looked towards Severus and Susan said," we know you are very mature from the first day we met you and you have spent so much time with Lily. sometimes, she can be stubborn or naughty but I hope you will take care of them."
Severus smiled and said," You don't have to worry about anything, I will not let anything harm them no matter what."
Susan nodded with a smile and said," Now three of you should go, and one last time, please take care."
Three children nodded and enter the train. they first search for an empty compartment that was very hard for them because almost all the compartments were already full and after Searching for some time they found an empty compartment in the middle of the train.
Three of them sit down and Lily asked Hope," Aren't you a little nervous about coming so far from home without parents."
Hope smiled and shook her head, she said," I am not feeling nervous because I have Severus to protect me and I can protect myself too."
Severus smiled and said," Don't you think you are trusting me too much."
Hope," I will find it unusual if I didn't trust you so much after spending 6 years of training and playing with you."
Severus," So you think that I will be able to protect you even a person on the level of Dumbledore will attack you."
Lily smiled and jumped into the conversation, she said," We all know this question's answer, that you will fight even Albus Dumbledore for us."
Severus smiled and said," I don't know why but I have a feeling that one day you two girls will make me fight the whole Wizarding community."
Hope smiled brightly and said," That you will have to, after all, we are your only childhood friends and it should be fate that is kept connecting three of us."
Lily chuckled and Severus smiled at her this remark, three of them start talking about in which house they will be selected and Severus said," You two don't have to worry about that because we will be in the same house and I am sure about it."
Lily asked curiously," Why are you so sure about it."
Severus," Because both of you are with me from a very young age and maybe both of you have not noticed it but you two have the same personality as me in front of outsiders."
Both Hope and Lily were surprised by this remark and looked towards each other to confirm and saw each other nodding.
They were chatting happily but didn't notice that no one else come to their cabin, this was happening because three of them were giving a sense of superiority, which was preventing many people from approaching their compartment.
After some time Lily said," I have to go washroom, just wait for me."
Lily went to the washroom and Severus and Hope shook their heads, seeing the right time Severus took out a bracelet from his ring and give it to Hope," This bracelet will prevent any professor or strong wizard from finding out your real identity okay."
Hope," I never asked it in front of Lily but is there a chance that my life will be in danger at Hogwarts."
Severus with a serious expression," in the current wizarding world your life is definitely in danger because many famous wizards and many other powerful people will try to harm you for your bloodline."
Hope with sadness," Will I ever be able to live a normal life, I don't want any of these problems. this is the best time of my life which I just want to spend with you..and Lily." (AN:/ That pause between the sentence describes everything.)
Severus caressed her face with his right hand and touched his forehead with her forehead, he said while his eyes were closed," Don't worry after all this adventure and stuff let's go to a place where no one will ever intervene with the three of us."
Hope nodded and the two of them just sit there in the same position silently waiting for Lily to come back, after 2 minutes Lily also come back and saw two of them sitting there in awkward silence and a teasing smile appeared on her face and she asked," Something special happened while I was not here right?"
Severus and Hope shook their heads together and Lily again smile knowing something did happen for sure.
