Harry was looking in dragon ring in awe while Balthazar was delighted and with a smile while holding Harry said"We have been searching a very long time. Magically, here you are. That ring on your finger means something, Harry. It means you're going to be a very important sorcerer one day. And your first lesson begins right now with your very own Encantus. Do not move, do not touch anything."
Veronica and excited Balthazar rushed downstairs for Encantus through the stairs on the back of the store. As he parted a section of the brick wall beneath the same stairs with a wave of his hands, Just as Balthazar opens the parted wall to reach the Encantus, a magical tome covered with spider webs and dust.
Veronica next to him looking at Balthazar asked "You know have you thought about adopting Harry since if my guess is right Dumbledore must be is a magical guardian. If we don't do anything he could just take him away and place him in the Dursleys without any problem."
Balthazar sighed "We can blood adopt him this will make him our son so whatever hold dumbledore has over him will become null."Both of them tried to have a child only to find out they have been cursed by Morgana so they will be never able to have any children. So both Balthazar and Veronica felt very protective of Harry who was abused.
Harry was examining the Dragon Ring when he heard a banging noise coming from the wall behind the counter. Noticing the bang becomes louder the more he gestures his hand with the ring in a certain direction,to tests the theory with repeated moves. Curiosity overtakes Harry as he pulls his hand with a jolt, causing something to burst out of the wall and lands in front of him.Harry picked up the strange object he just summoned by accident, the marythoska-like Grimhold with red outer layer depicting a man dressing in a 1930s gangster outfit complete with a bowler hat. Unknown to the boy, his latent yet raw magic potential somehow cracked the doll open with a trail of small fiery burst through the ring, startling him that he dropped the Grimhold at once. This is the least of his surprise, however, as swarms of large cockroaches swarm their way out of the doll's outer layer.
Harry who was stunned muttered "This has to be a dream." as he watches as the swarm gathers to form the man depicted on the outer layer of the Grimhold he unintentionally unlocked. The still-forming man, Horvath, takes a small step forward before gasped upon the air after being trapped for so long. His restoration completes with the last roach crawled into his mouth to form the remaining missing piece which presumably his tongue, as he reaches for it to see whether it is there.
Horvath questioned," When am I?"Harry nervously replied"New York City."
Horvath was getting angry" Not where. The year. You are wasting my time." he raised his glowing cane, which bears his enchanted sword's crystal pommel as its head.
A concussive blast of air, send Horvath flying before Balthazar telekinetically pinned him to the store's glass ceiling. He Encantus with one hand while another, while he questioned "What happened to don't touch anything"?While Veronica and said, "Where is Grimhold harry the doll from which the man came out off."
Harry points at the fallen Grimhold.
Horvath laughed and said," That's not very sporting of you, Balthazar also good to see you Veronica you look beautiful as ever."Balthazar replied"Be quiet. He's been like this for 1,000 years. I'll explain later"
As Balthazar bad mistake to take the grim hold. Horvath reaches for his staff as soon as Balthazar lowered his guard before projected an air blast which sends him and Veronica flying out of the doll's reach. Harry covered his ears as Horvath fell, no longer suspended by Balthazar's telekinetic force. Returning to his feet, Horvath magically shoves a nearby cupboard to pin his recovering nemesis from the distance without breaking a sweat. Before he could reach the doll, however, Veronica recovered threw a plasma bolt at Horvath flying away from it. As Harry picked up the Grimhold, which outer layer depicts Sun Lok in medieval rendering.
Horvath knew he was outmatched and who saw Harry having the grimhold as Horvath by absorbing some amounts of flames from the nearby fireplace into his blazing fingers. Balthazar and Veronica quickly jumped for the cover as Horvath hurls two huge fireballs at both of them before finishing it with a swipe of fiery stream as a wall of fire formed between them, before turning on the terrified Harry as he asked: "Give me the doll."
Harry his fear teleported the Grimhold to Dursley's house in little whining seeing the doll disappear in thin air caused Horvath to be stunned but it gave enough time for Veronica and Balthazar to attack seeing him let down his guard by sending plasma bolts at him getting hit by the first Plasma bolt Horvath quickly erected a shield as he muttered,"I have to find the doll."
Horvath knew he is outnumbered as quickly transformed into his animagus form a raven and flew outside a while panting Balthazar looked at Harry and asked "Where is doll harry."Harry still in shock replied, "It just disappeared."
Balthazar was about to question further but Veronica held her hand telling him to stop while went to harry as she calmed him down and used psychic vision and saw that harry used accidental magic which resulted in the grimhold disappearing.
Veronica looked at Balthazar and said, "Harry used accidental magic to send the Grimhold away."Balthazar sighed he knew he couldn't blame the kid as he said "I will try to locate it before Horvath."
