Chapter 31: Update no 2

I have re-edited the chapters so that there is a Sam but he is not a reincarnator just a very talented boy with sharingan(re read a strange phenomenon chapter to clarify) Oh and for re readers some chapter may be very short because I had to delete the portions where sam possesed reincarnator knowladge I am not going to add anymore on those as I feel the remaining part is adequate and adding some unnecessary filler will ruin the story just to give the word count, Another thing I would like your opinion on is should I introduce more characters who become death eater or should I just develope the current ones, cause I feel if there are too many characters the connection that us readers feel to them will not form.
