Chapter 54: return
After healing Odin as promised he gave me the books on asgardian magic, I asked him whether I can see some artifacts to study them for a few minutes. Odin nodded and said as long as I don't take them away and not do anything dangerous it can be done.
Frigga is smiling all the time though she gives the aura of queen. She told me about the magic and how asgardian and varnarheim people use it. They use their blood and channel the magic to learn it.
You can say they get magic for free from their blood just like the wizarding world except muggle born can also use it somehow which is still a mystery and many theories arises sayjg the squibs from magical families that lived in muggle world are one reason and magical ancestry like concubines in medival period is other reason.
Though no one has proof. Asgardian magic is also like wizarding world but it's more difficult to draw magic through the connection to blood. It needs pure form magic which is piece of cake for me as I have almost unlimited amount of it.
So I stored the books away in inventory and picked up some more I found interesting in the library of Asgard. Then Thor took me treasury. I pretended to not know about them and touched a few while absorbing their energy like the casket of winters, orb of aggomotto, and others.
When we're at the eternal flame, Odin ardived at the treasury and saw me circling around it studying it. He said," that's eternal flame. The demonic fire of the fire giant surtur. It cannot be out out as it's the birth of the flame giants and can grant then with terrifying strength equal to destroy planets".
He then told me about me about Ragnarok while I said," then why don't you just put it away in somewhere or simply extinguish it using more power like the tesseract allfather Odin".
He looked at me and said," there is a prophetic power protecting surtur which is also the reason for his rebirth everytime though he don't have the eternal flames but it's too much of risk. At kost I can make them weak but killing them will only make reborn much stronger".
I looked at him and said," then why don't you just you know, break the prophecy or something", Odin shook his head and said," it won't be that easy. That power is casted by a more powerful and terrifying entities. Asgard can't provoke them or its people will all be gone into their demise".
Odin then thought about something and said," child, can you take this flames away to your world. This way we can permanently weaken surtur. This is also not intervention, so the power to prhecy won't help surtur anymore as it's not me who made the move".
Andrew looked like he is in deep thought and accepted it he asked Odin about soke special wood for a wand which Odin gave a plank of wood from the world tree along with some blood of races in nine realms as Andrew said he can make score out of it. He placed the eternal flame in his inventory and got out of the treasury. His harvest for now is very good. Andrew learned a few things about magic and then he bid farewell to them.
After that Andrew just vanished from his place and appeared in the room of requirement where he disappeared from, he called his clone back and absorbed him to get all the memories.
Nothing major is done, Harry stil didn't wake up from his sleep. Hannah is getting more clingy, Cassandra, Daphne, and others discussed about the things in summer and asked to write letters.
Andrew first exited the room of requirement and arrived to the great hall which is noisy as the students are discussing what to do in the holidays. He seated beside Hannah, she hugged him and then started eating.
The Hufflepuff table cast envious gazes at him. Hannah is eating and also giving Andrew the food occasionally also feeding him. Andrew is smiling as he ate with the food with her. Dumbledore is gazing at Andrew who is smiling and eating.
