"SILENCE" The bickering finally subsided.
"I wish to have the will of Aberforth Dumbledore read," Albus spoke from his seat.
"That will not be allowed."
"Why? I know my rights here as a member of a Noble house. Do not try to circumvent the proceedings." The Goblin brings a decorated paper, which was labelled the will of Aberforth Dumbledore.
Cornelius was staring holes in the DMLE's head, who thought nothing was wrong with her action. Her actions were in the quest to find the truth of a Lord's death, which was more important.
The consequences of Eren's legitimate claim on the Dumbledore seat will be devastating. They had arrested a Lord, not summoned but arrested.
They had kept the said Lord in a cell and now he was being tried for one of the worst possible crimes in the wizarding world, Usurping the Lordship and treason against the Lord.
Will of Lord Aberforth Franklin Benjamin Wilfred Dumbledore, made on 29th of February 1966, revised on 26th of December 1991.
I, Aberforth Franklin Benjamin Wilfred Dumbledore, with sound and disposing of mind and memory, and without being forced, intimidated, confounded, imperiused or unduly influenced by anybody, have hereby voluntarily executed and proclaimed this instrument, as my Last Will and Testament, in English, a language I speak and write with and of which I am well conversant:
My will be opened in the presence and only with permission of the Lord Dumbledore in a private setting with only those mentioned in presence.>
"Hence we could not make the will of Late Aberforth Dumbledore public."
"Am I not one of those mentioned in the will of brother?"
"No"
"I again challenge the assignment of the Chief Warlock's presidency."
"Your motion has been denied," Dumbledore said. He needed answers. The past three days had been painful for him and his Ocuulmency shields.
He now knew the Dark Lord yet lives, the one who he was wary of was not the spy but of his kin, Aberforth was dead and had given Eren Lordship.
"As Head of the House, you have the option to take Veritaserum and put the end to all the accusations or let the case run its course." Amelia Bones was notified.
Eren thought for a minute. There were risks but it cleared him of any doubt. And he gained the trust of Dumbledore but on the other hand, less pleasant answers could be brought out in the open if one chose to ask the right questions.
"I cannot take the truth serum without the control of the questions asked." He replied.
"So you have something to hide?" Umbridge interjected.
"Is that a question? Who in the right mind would take truth serum willingly when he could be asked anything?"
"You would be provided with the questions beforehand, and with antidote on you." Amelia negotiated. If by any chance Eren could be convicted, that would lessen the blunderous trial they were having this day.
"I agree then." Amelia was less pleased. The only charge on Eren was killing Lord Aberforth, which if he denied it under truth serum would be disastrous, and theft from his own vault, which made no sense.
This was now a bad situation for her. Either she could take his side, or oppose him wholly, the same situation was for Corelinus who had just accepted the residence as the trial was of Dumbledore's family, and it would be a huge international incident, no matter how it ended.
And Corelinus chose his side quickly, for once mustering all the courage he could.
"The Prosecution would like the charges of MURDER OF MADAME IRMA PINCE AND THAT OF QUIRINUS QUIRELL AGAINST LORD DUMBLEDORE."
"I will consent to the use of veritaserum only for the first case, as it directly claims myself to be treasonous."
"It is agreeable," Amelia replied, as they only had the proof regarding Aberforth's case.
Irma Pince seemed to have no relation with Yeager, and Quirell was a dark wizard through and through, with all of the Hogwarts staff and Albus Dumbledore testifying in support of his dark tendencies and murder attempt.
Auror John Dawlish and the rest of his prosecution team for the case looked at the Minister, and no good words came for the man in his heart.
With the Defence's being almost cleared of the charges, and consenting to veritaserum, this could be, and would be the most horrible blunder in the reign of the Fudge administration.
In the Wizengamot seats, everyone looked at Fudge with disappointment. An acting judge had pressed charges, which could never look good as it was a simple case of bias against the defence.
"Provide the defence with the veritaserum." A vial of transparent liquid came from the potion archives of the Ministry.
"I would like it to be verified as veritaserum by Director Ragnak."
"Accepted," Dumbledore said before Fudge could complain against the defence's doubt on the ministry.
The Goblin looked, smelled and then tasted a drop of the potion. "It's unadulterated truth serum. Two drops for the trial, three for interrogation."
Eren was administrated with two drops as it was allowed in a ministry trial.
"Check it" Amelia asked John.
"What is your name?"
"Eren Grisha Yeager-Dumbledore-Fritz" he answered, many of the Lords were not surprised that the name was different from what the person had notified.
"You previously stated your name to be Eren Carla Yeager."
"I was not notified I could not have my name changed, I intend to do so today." He answered, and no lies were found in the statement.
"Your date of birth."
"I do not remember."
"Did you kill Lord Aberforth Dumbledore?"
"No, Aberforth and I had an unbreakable vow such that none could harm the other if we shared blood." The Lords of Wizengamot showed no surprise.
"Do you know who killed Aberforth?" Dumbledore spoke out of turn, which was unwarranted. Eren almost eyed the antidote in his hand, but then accepted the question.
"Yes." This caused a commotion. If the unbreakable vow was in effect then Aberforth had not died by Eren's hand but Eren had known who killed his brother.
"Who killed Aberforth Dumbledore?" John asked, with a nod from Amelia Bones.
"Aberforth Dumbledore."
...
"What?"
"Aberforth Dumbledore killed Aberforth Dumbledore."
"No" Albus was shocked. Amelia stricken the bench to silence the shouting Lords. Suicide in the Wizarding world was very much frowned upon, Life was a gift of magic and to forego it was a sin.

Power stones. We were in the top months for more than 10 hours, which helped me retain the position for the majority of the month
Read- the strongest dark lord fic, it has the Grindelwald son troupe with OP MC. He isn't even hiding his acolytes.
The normal daily updating of good fics is scarce nowadays- I followed many but they all aren't right now which pushed me to write this new fic. The only good ones right now are the Jason Todd one, and the DC Spirit of Vengeance one but it's weekly but with long chapters so it's good (~5000 words.) There's the strongest dark lord one, the One Piece manga one with 500+ chaps. Also the Blood and Iron GOT just got updated
