Caroline's heart just stopped there for a moment, unable to believe that such uncouth words had been spoken to her.

But before she could have exploded in anger, she saw something else. The vein on the side of Morpheous's neck was about to pop out, and she could see his hands curled into a fist. She could have stopped him, but she didn't. Because he had every right to be angry upon hearing such words.

But instead of lurching toward Bishop, he turned towards her for a fraction of a second and blinked his eyes, and she knew that he was going to take care of it.

Turning back, he rested his hand on the table and spoke instead, "Then I would like you to bet something dear to you."

"I am all ears!" Bishop replied nonchalantly.

"Your Casino. One round, winner takes it all."

And Caroline could see his smug look disappear.

"How… How did you know the Casino is mine?" Bishop was on the verge of stuttering.
