Those gathered here were high-ranking cultivators with many years of experience. Therefore, it was more than logical for everyone of a certain level and above to recognize these two individuals.
When they walked inside, Liraxa and the others instantly stood up and paid their respects.
"We welcome the Flame Sky Emperor and Graveyard Emperor!"
The only ones who remained seated were Tatyana, Yasenia, and Xing Jimie. The rest, including Hei Lin, were prostrated in front of these two individuals.
Yasenia blinked and glanced at Tatyana, asking her with her eyes if she should also do the same. Tatyana smiled. "Don't worry. Just a few words are more than enough. They are not hard to get along with."
"Oh." Yasenia nodded, looking back at the two powerful individuals.
Xing Jimie waved her hand, changing the arrangement of the chairs very slightly to add two extra spots for them.
"Rise."
The Flame Sky Emperor prompted everyone up with a wave of his hand, using his powerful energy control to do so without hurting anyone.
Once they sat in their respective positions, Tatyana asked straightforwardly. "What are your intentions? Didn't I say that I would compensate you for helping me find Yasenia in the future?"
The Flame Sky Emperor smiled, his devilishly handsome face gaining a charming expression. "There is no need to spend much effort. It didn't even take a single month, after all." His fiery eyes moved, glancing at Yasenia with a relaxed yet attractive smile. "I am more interested in Lady Death Empress's daughter. Have you decided on a partner for her?"
The Graveyard Emperor snorted a bit and added. "I was more curious to know if the child of someone like Lady Death Empress would be a talented Death Energy user, but it seems that I was wrong."
Of course, these words were only half-truths. If they showed interest in Yasenia as elders, the chances for the Demons and Divines to dare disrespect her would lower exponentially. Even if, overall, Demons and Divines were incredibly powerful races, they were far from invincible. If humans, beast humans, or other similar large species groups were more willing to cooperate and place their internal differences aside, the Divines and Demons wouldn't be as influential.
Tatyana looked at them, understanding their intentions. However, she could let slip what the Flame Sky Emperor said. She squinted at him and said slowly but clearly. "My Little Treasure has me. That's more than enough for her."
Still not understanding, the Flame Sky Emperor looked visibly confused. "While I admit that Little Yasenia is young, you can't keep her by your side forever, right?" His expression was earnest and not forceful at all. It was just that he was charmed by Yasenia, and he felt that she would make an excellent wife.
Tatyana sighed once, knowing that she had landed in a place with rather traditional values. While there were no genetic drawbacks after reaching high levels of mortal cultivation, it was absolutely not a normal thing for families to marry within the closest circles of family.
Some noble families would accept cousins to a degree, but even that was a stretch to a degree. The majority of cultivators promoted mixing bloodlines with other powerful cultivators to achieve better and more complete bloodline inheritances.
Yasenia was aware of her current position, so she left everything in Tatyana's hands. Looking over, she smiled and showed Tatyana a face full of confidence in her. Regardless of how she would deal with this, Yasenia would follow her lead.
Seeing that sweet smile on Yasenia's seductive face was more than enough for Tatyana to fight worlds, not to mention revealing her relationship. Grabbing her face, Tatyana pulled her over and kissed her lips, similar to what she did when they first reunited.
The Flame Sky Emperor frowned a bit, but his brain just reduced the logic of this action to their family being close. Of course, the tongue mixing was not something that he had seen previously among family members. Therefore, it was less of not understanding and more of not wanting to understand.
After a kiss that lasted for thirty seconds, Tatyana separated and smiled at the Flame Sky Emperor. "Yasenia is mine, even in that regard. Is it clear now?"
The Graveyard Emperor coughed awkwardly, while the Flame Sky Emperor's smile froze a bit. He blinked a few times, looking back and forth between them, and then asked cautiously. "Um… Isn't that gesture a way of showing love between family members?"
Tatyana rolled her eyes elegantly. "Confusing pecks on the lips, I wouldn't find it that strange for you to confuse. However, Flame Gu…Great Emperor, when have you previously seen a mother devouring her daughter's tongue as I did?"
The Flame Sky Emperor was left with no points to misunderstand, making his head ache. "So… You two are…"
Tatyana snorted. "Don't act stupid. Yes, it is as you are thinking."
A loud sigh escaped the handsome man, looking at Yasenia reluctantly. Yasenia smiled at him and spoke for the first time. "I am sorry, Lord Flame Sky Emperor. I've already chosen a mate."
Her charming, mellow, and pleasant voice reached everyone, laced with evident joy due to Tatyana's actions. Seeing the tall woman lean her body on Tatyana's, her tail wagging behind, others knew that this was not a scenario of one side forcing the other, but two willing parties.
"That's… Sigh." After sighing again, the Flame Sky Emperor waved his hand and recovered. "Alright, I can't have it, so obsessing over it is not wise. Still, Little Yasenia, if you ever are bullied by her or separated, know that I will be waiting." His face was sincere, no tricks added. "I am sincere in my attraction for you."
Yasenia was pleasantly surprised by his reaction. Not hearing the usual 'Young Master'-like reactions, her face gained a relaxed smile that only highlighted her beauty. "Thank you for the words, Lord. And while I do believe that such a scenario won't happen, I appreciate your words."
Tatyana snorted, dissatisfied with how the Flame Sky Emperor actually managed to make Yasenia comfortable. 'I prefer Young Masters whom my Little Treasure instantly feels disgust about. I can kill those people with a slap, after all.'
The Graveyard Emperor glanced at Yasenia with his mostly skeletal face and asked, curious. "Little Yasenia, I can feel strong heat within you, but also chilling coldness. May I ask what attributes you've mastered?"
Liraxa at the side didn't dare interrupt. Honestly, the second these two showed amicable expressions, she very much regretted targeting Yasenia before. '...They wouldn't try to kill me because of my previous attempts, right?'
Elyndor was thinking similarly. 'Why didn't Astarea tell me that Yasenia had such a terrifying background? I wouldn't have touched this dragon with a stick if I knew previously!'
Xing Jimie at the side was trying her best not to show any expression. The fact that the goddess she had adored had paired with her 120-year-old dragon, far from reaching full maturity, made her feel many disrespectful things inside. 'I didn't know Lady Death Empress had such a… strong taste.'
She admitted that Yasenia was a peerless beauty who would grow to eclipse most. Even she had felt tempted while having negative opinions about her. Nevertheless, that was not an excuse for Tatyana to… Xing Jimie shook her head, transforming into an ice sculpture once more.
After hearing the question, Yasenia once more turned toward Tatyana, asking if it was okay to say. Tatyana glanced over to the Demons and Divines, steering the conversation back onto its tracks. "Yasenia's attributes should already be readily available information. So, saying them is not that big of a problem. But what about your groups? Are you still interested in the Star Breaker Realm Bead?"
Serathel pinched Elyndor's wings from behind. Even if she knew everything, her mind was mostly blinded by hatred for Yasenia for killing her child. Elyndor, on the other side, saw how the two emperors acted and was logically having second thoughts.
'Do we really need to risk it this time around? I don't think that we can impose our authority this time around.'
Unsure as to how to proceed, he asked the two other Seventh Realm Divines through Spiritual Sense. 'What do we do? The bead would help us train our younger generations and find geniuses much more easily. Nevertheless, is it really worth it to gain the animosity of these powerful Demigods?'
Irlaya and Auranya, two sisters with golden-colored wings, spoke about their thoughts. Irlaya was direct. 'I honestly don't feel it is worth it. I've heard that the dragon, Yasenia, is so talented that she overwhelmed even Astarea with their strengths somewhat leveled. To beat her, we would need to send a much stronger individual. Plus, underhanded methods will only backfire. That red-eyed woman is touched in the head. If something bad happens to Yasenia, we will lose much more than we could ever gain with the Star Breaker Realm Bead.'
Auranya had different thoughts. 'Would we lose that much? Let's be generous. If she goes on a rampage, she might destroy half this world before the combined efforts of our leaders bring her down. The losses would naturally be catastrophic. Nevertheless, with the Realm Bead in our possession, we could nurture a generation of super-geniuses. The payback for unraveling the secrets of this treasure is too valuable to give up without a fight.'
Elyndor frowned deeply. '...At the end of the day, we know that the treasure doesn't reach the Immortal Rank. It is within the lower ranks of the Ancient Rank, right? Fighting for an Immortal Ranked treasure would be more than worth it. Even if we sacrifice 10 Seventh Realm cultivators to obtain it, it would still be worth it. But for an Ancient Ranked one… I have my doubts.'
Irlaya added. 'The thing is, I believe we are still underestimating the Death Empress. Your worst view of her is destroying half of the Blue Pearl World. But strangely, I have a feeling that what you described would only be the beginning. Although I failed to condense the Fate Law, I still have control over the Fate Attribute. And my instincts are screaming that we absolutely shouldn't make this woman our enemy.'
Auranya and Elyndor didn't dismiss her words, entering deep thought.
Meanwhile, Liraxa and the other two Seventh Realm demons spoke without going in many circles. Liraxa asked them, hesitant. 'Should we retreat? I feel that if we stay, that red-eyed woman will kill me.'
Morveth and Kaltureth answered, the two men with very different appearances. Morveth was large, standing over three meters tall, while the other had monstrous features, albeit human-like in height. Their skins were grey and deep orange, respectively, and unlike Liraxa, who was mostly humanoid and focused on charm, these two were also demonic in appearance.
The larger one spoke up, his thoughts simply vocalized. 'Since I saw those two, I've wanted to make them my breeders. However, the instant I showed even a trace of lustfulness, the red-eyed beauty sent a chilling look my way.' He was not lacking in intelligence in any way, even if he was impulsive at times. 'I also agree that we shouldn't continue pushing the matter. So what if the dragon killed a few of our people? They were weaker than her, and therefore, they died. It is that simple.'
Kaltureth asked lightly, a low, scratchy voice reaching them. 'Wouldn't the Young Master of that family be angered? He was humiliated by that dragon girl, and he wants revenge through the tournament. We must think, would we rather receive the wrath of the Death Empress or those back at home?'
Tatyana watched them communicate and didn't rush them. She was not expecting them to give up easily. And if that were the case, she would allow for the tournament against Yasenia so that she could vent and practice.
'Still… Do these people know that Yasenia already bonded with the Bead?' With that question in her mind, Tatyana was hoping that they didn't. Otherwise, the only method to get the bead from Yasenia would be to kill her. And naturally, Tatyana would never allow anything like that.
After a while, she finally heard the Demons answering. Liraxa's face was calm, but there was some tiredness behind her eyes. "We ask for the tournament to be pushed forward."
Elyndor, who was about to refuse, was stumped. '...If the demons participate and get it, we would look like cowards. Our leaders would also punish us for allowing the Demons to get this opportunity easily.'
A glare full of annoyance landed on Liraxa. The charming demon ignored Elyndor; she already had enough on her own plate to worry about others.
"We, the Divines, also agree to continue with the tournament."
Tatyana's lips arched coldly, but she nodded. "Alright, that settles it. Let's work around the oath the tournament participants will have to swear on stage."
