Chapter 15: ARC - 5A - THE CROSSOVER

CHAPTER - 15 - NEW GENERATION

Present day...

After Wang Lei slayed the demon lord Afrozwein at the cost of his friends' and comrades' lives, riding on his heavenly horse, he went into the dimensional portal which was connected to the Empire of Milo Azoloth.

The people were waiting for their sons and daughters to return without knowing that they have sacrificed themselves in order to slay the demon lord Afrozwein.

The dimensional portal opened in the assembly of the kingdom. Many nobles and courtiers, including the king, were waiting for the heroes to return.

The first vision they saw when the gate opened was a heavenly horse's head popping out of the portal and it's face was covered with blood. The next thing they saw was the heavenly horse, which was mounted by a heavily injured man, whose Azure armour was shining and he looked like Wang Lei, come out of the portal. When the horse entered the assembly, the portal suspended and Lei fell on the ground.

Nobles rushed towards him and took him to treat his wounds. The King thought to himself,

"Is he the only one who survived? It means that my son also died! But... I think this is karma. Because of my one rushed decision countless parents lost their children and countless children lost their parents. I should be glad that my son-in-law is still safe. But, how will I explain this to my daughter and daughter-in-law!" And slowly, the king's tears started flowing out of his eyes.

The wounds that Lei recieved were not much, just the blood which came out of the wounds was much. He was treated immediately, but his consciousness didn't returned to him.

10 months later...

The time passed away quickly and Lei was still unconscious. His sister recovered from her trauma of losing her husband and seeing his brother in a near death state. She moved on when she gave birth to a small boy, who was named Schwartz-Milo-Azaloth. The king decided that he will inherit the crown of Milo Azaloth, once he grows up.

Jiang's wife gave birth to a baby girl who was named Bao Zhao. After a month, Jiang's wife, Zhao Ling, passed away due to cardiac arrest. She was very depressed by the death of her husband. Bao was adopted by Wang Jun.

The people of the kingdom, including Sylvia, believed that the sacrifice of their loved ones wasn't in vain and hence there is no reason to mourn an useful death.

Sylvia gave birth to a boy who was named Alcesto-Milo-Azaloth. When Alcesto was born, his aura was flowing with the same Azure energy with which his father's aura was.

The day Alcesto was born, was the day when his father's consciousness returned to him.

When he woke up he found his wife and sister sitting beside him. His wife was holding a baby who had the same blue eyes, Azure aura and brown hair just like his father, in her one hand and her other hand was on his cheeks. On the other side, he saw his sister holding a boy with one hand a girl with another. The boy had blonde hair and golden eye, just like Scorch and the girl had green hair and eyes, just like Ling.

"Wha-what year is it?" Lei asked softly.

"According to the heavenly calendar, it's the year 9024. Your age is 24 and you have a son named Alcesto. You also have a nephew and adopted niece named Schwartz and Bao respectively." Sylvia said.

Lei's eyes were filled with tears of joy. He thought to himself,

"I was just having dreams of the sacrifices on our first raid but when I heard the cry of babies, my dream ended with my friends going away, waving their hands, with a peaceful smile on their face. I guess this is my destiny."

MEANWHILE

2 years passed away since the Air element was conquered by Jonas. Jonas was now 46 years old and his son, Razel, was 27 years old. Jonas became the strongest human on Earth, even though he was not completely a human.

Since the elements were conquered and his son, Razel, mastered the demonic and dark arts, Razel spent some time with his wife. She passed away peacefully, giving birth to a child.

Jonas manifested all the energy which generated due to the fusion of the major four elements.

When he came to his consciousness, he called his child and asked him,

"Razel! What year is it according to the heavenly calendar?"

"My father, it's year 9024."

"I see. I felt a great disturbance in the universe's power flow. I think that while I was busy manifesting the elemental energy, many great warriors passed away."

"Well... I can't say anything since... Father you know... We are living on a completely isolated ace."

"Oh! I'm sorry for questioning such a stupid question. But, now we can know who passed away with my new technique."

"New...technique?"

"Yes!"

Jonas created a huge hole into the ground and created a stone boundary on the hole with his Earth elemental magic. He poured some water in it and flowed some air in the water while chanting something. Later, he lit the stone boundary on fire. He poured his hand in the water and closed his eyes. He suddenly opened his eyes wide and said,

"Afrozwein.... He is dead."

Razel said,

"Uh... Father? Who is Afrozwein?"

His father told him about the events of 19 years ago in detail. He said,

"When our peaceful territory was attacked by gods and demons, the one who lead the demonic army was Afrozwein. That day, I felt the huge power of the God who initiated the battle on the peaceful lands. This new technique of mine lets me feel the power balance of the universe. The one who slayed Afrozwein is someone close to the huge power I felt that day. You, my son! You will have to do some research on the heavenly gods. Here feel this power!"

Jonas dripped his hand in the water and took out them just to wipe the water on Razel's head.

Razel felt a strange power which he would not be able to defeat if they were to fight. Jonas said,

"Don't worry. Just search for this same kind of power with the help of my new technique. Leave the rest to me. I'll slay this God to extract my revenge. Even if a heavenly God were to die, only the demons will become stronger and the Earth or other lands will not become weaker. I will also defeat these demons easily."

"I understood, my father!"

Later, Razel dripped his hands in the water and started searching for the power which he felt."
