Chapter 3: Hive's Collective Consciousness.
I smile slightly as I slowly et up on my find and dust the dirt of my clothes.
"Very well then, I shall be your Queen!"
After my loud exclamation I could feel the Arachnea's emotions such as Excitment, Joy, Happiness and most importantly loyalty.
An overwhelming amount of loyalty just for me, and only me!
I couldn't help but smile at such fascinating creatures.
Even if they are each different Individuals they all talk the same way and share the same emotions and feelings.
The only way that is possible is because the Collective Consciousness of the Hive.
The Hive's connection to the Queen, Which is me to be precise.
Without me they would be little more then mindless creatures that only know how to murder and destroy.
But that only increases my determination into leading them and walking the path clad I'm Promised Victory.
Yes, Yes! I'll definitely win!
"I, Your Queen Rei Tayor, Swear upon my name and honor, That I will Conqueror, Destroy and Regain the glory of our race! Victory for the Arachnea!"
I could feel it!
That addicting feeling of being Praised, Admired, Respected!
Ah, It's just like an addicting drug.

After all, We would definitely win.
My smile turns twisted and horrifying but that only encourages the Swarm further after feeling their Queens immeasurable happiness.
Unbeknownst to me, I've already been influenced by the Hive's Collective Consciousness without even realising it.
Thus it began, Pain, Tragedy, And Death that the Path Of Promised Victory is laced with.
[Short Time Skip to an hour later]
I am currently checking the current unlocked units of my Swarm, Still though this is undoubtedly weird.
You would normally only start with a few units once the game begins, But I've got hundreds!
The game is not so generous that it'll give you this much of a start-up bonus.
It's almost as if..... I'm taking over the progress of another player..
Oh by the way, the units I have unlocked right now are
The Ripper Swarms and the Digger Swarms and Worker Swarms.
What they do is self explanatory but for the idiots out there.
The Ripper Swarms are basicly Glass Cannons as they are Agile, Strong but have weak defence.
The Digger Swarms have Strong Attack power, Strong Defence, But low agility. They are also very agile underground making them quite usefull for making traps and the such.
The Worker Swarms have the ability to create just about anything in such high qualities that humans can only dream of rivaling.
??? : " Your Majesty."
I heard a voice nearby and I was looking around confused and panicked.
Then I suddenly remembered and my face slowly morphed into a deadpan, Damn I'm still not quite used to this.
"Hm? What is it Ripper Swarm?"
I am talking with one of the Ripper Swarms I sent scouting in the outside world, As I'm not sure what dangers lie ahead, So it's better to play it safe.
R Swarm : "I found Dwellers."
Perhaps noticing my confusion the Swarm then words his answer differently.
R Swarm : I found a settlement, What should we do about it?"
So our first contact huh?
"Anyways, please continue observing the situation over there."
I close my eyes and start visualising the Map the map which the Scouting Swarms created in the Collective Consciousness.
This is one of the many advantages of Hive Mind Creatures.
I then proceeded to concentrate my nerves by selecting the Swarm that I want to synchronise with.... And Wallah!
Now I can see through its eyes!
Very splendid job indeed me.
Wait.... Those long ears? Elf?
I drool a bit seeing the beautiful elven wom-

I hope I didn't let my thoughts go through Consciousness.
"I'll be coming there to meet them personally, Do not harm them."
In response I'm only met with silence, But it is following my orders as I could feel its emotions through the Consciousness.
out the corner of my eye I spot the Worker Swarm bringing in the dress that I ordered it to make for me.
I smile gleefully at how comfortable and Fabulous it looks.
"Thanks!"
It only shakes happily in return.
"Anyways, I'll be heading there to meet them, Can one Ripper Swarm come along with me?"
R Swarm : "Ofcourse your Highess!"
[20 Minute Timeskip]
I was walking with the Ripper Swarms and then I suddenly hear multiple poeple talking.
??? : "Ey, That las will sell good don't ya think"
??? 2 : "Yup, Them Elven women always get sold for a good price."
??? 3 : "Damn you Scum!"
??? : "Oy watch it brat, That could kill someone."
??? : "I don't care about the Yellow haired brat, Just kill em and capture that las."
Meanwhile I was glancing at them with a smile.... A horrifying smile as if looking at prey...
"Ripper Swarm..... Kill them."
