They were meeting for the second time today. After finding Levi's little gift, Arya was able to think things through. Since her beloved trusted Zane, she could use his help as well. 

Although she didn't know the man well, she was certain about something. He wasn't a bad person. After what he did for her, she owed him an apology and appreciation as well. 

Hence here she was, sitting in one of the dingiest local eateries waiting. She was dressed in a little white floral dress and left her hair open. 

The day was warm and bright. By her side, she had her daughter sitting in her stroller. This way, she would fit right in with the crowd. 

Additionally, she didn't bring Talia along. She managed to convince the agent to let her apologize first. Of course, she used a little emotional manipulation to completely get Talia to agree.
