Chapter 64: 64. A CLEVER DEMON

Everything kept replaying in her mind as she inhaled and exhaled to calm her racing heart and frantic nerves.

The nose mask felt suffocating so she lowered it to breathe properly through her mouth. Isaac stood beside her and rubbed her arm to help her calm down.

Tears were in her eyes but she didn't cry.

Her back was leaned against a pillar as she shivered.

If Reginald could do such a thing to a demon then Alastor didn't stand a chance.

But luckily, Reginald couldn't hurt Alastor because if he did then he would end up hurting her as well.

However, that didn't mean Reginald wouldn't hurt Alastor in a different way.

Isaac's attention shifted to Amelia as she hurried out of the room with Aaron tailing after her.

Some minutes after that, Reginald stepped out of the room and looked in the direction Amelia followed before bringing his gaze to Isaac and Keturah who were at one corner.
