Chapter 50: What's Wrong?

White Family Mansion.

Valeria has just awakened from her afternoon nap when she heard knocking on the door. "What is it?" she asked.

"Madam! You had a visitor!" the voice of a female servant informed her.

Valeria's brows furrowed. Huh? Another visitor? Who is it this time? She rose to her feet, walked towards the door, and opened it.

"Miss Stephanie is outside the gate demanding to see you again," the maid said.

Valeria's face darkened instantly. "What-? That woman is back again!?" she asked.

"Shall I allow her to enter the gate and bring her to the living room, Madam?" asked the maid.

Valeria's brows knitted together, she pondered for a moment. Honestly, she no longer wants to see the father and daughter duo. "Just tell her to come back next time, tell her I'm not feeling well!" she said with a sigh of irritation.

"Okay, Madam!" the maid walked away from the room, going to the staircase.

Valeria closed the door, went back to bed, and lie down again.
