Chapter 403: FEELING OF HELPLESSNESS

I escorted Arianne towards Azar's castle. I never thought I would find myself in such a predicament. I have always been a man of honor and integrity, but sometimes the weight of our responsibility forces us to make difficult choices. Arianne stepped inside, a solemn look on her face not paying heed to any of the people who had gathered to come and take a look at the queen of the wolves who had been captured.

I would have to applaud her for being calm and not giving them attention, she strolled in like the queen she is with no intention of giving in to fear or bowing down to accept defeat. At that moment I was so proud of her because she felt like a man more than I ever was. Finally, Ravenna stepped out of the castle with a smile on her face.

"Oh look, it's the queen of werewolves_" She says her tone full of mockery, "Should I say welcome to our abode?"
