So this chapter was born out of a brilliant suggestion from a reader of mine who is Daoist. His name is Daoist8sLX7y, a round of applause for this idea.
I really don't know why I didn't think about this sooner. I.. sometimes just can't seem to think out of the box or solve problems that I don't think my readers even have.
Like remembering what IPs I have already adapted or are mentioned by Mark and will be adapted in the near future.

So moving on from the disclaimer this chapter will be divided into three sections. The first (Already Adapted) list will include stories/IPs that have already been adapted into books/comics by Mark.
The second (Mentioned Only) list will include stories/IPs that have only been mentioned in the story and are yet to be adapted by Mark into any kind of medium like books/comics/scripts etc.
The third list will include the IPs/stories that already exist but Mark has either bought the rights to adapt it or he has bought the IP completely so it belongs to him now.
