Chapter 143: Killing the Demon King's Sons (3)

Lucien saw the intensity of Yllana's strikes against Darion. An invisible fire burned inside her eyes as she stared at Darion. Hadn't he told her already that he was the demon king? Why was she persistent in killing Darion? 

He gritted his teeth. This kind of desperation inside him is killing him. He finished off General Oltis in one swing of his arm. Blood dripped at the tip of his fingers as the general uttered his last words. 

"Yes, I am the demon king." Lucien smiled at him. This was not the smile that he shows anyone. It was no harm to show this insect of a general this smile of a demon, right? He is bound to die anyway. "I am one of the previous Demon King's sons. And you just had to provoke both of his heirs." The chilling sensation crept up to General Oltis' body. If only he had known that he was facing the demon king's son, would he even have the courage to think he might get the position as an emperor?
