The amount of Antimatter Legions made the twelve silver-maned guards nervous, they quickly stood in a row in front of Adonis to guard him.
The squad leader Dunn looked back and looked at Adonis with firm and resolute eyes; "Supreme Guardian, please leave it to us here and hurry back to Belobog."
"…." Adonis looked at him speechlessly then waved his head, "Don't worry, be at ease, they're just a group of miscellaneous fish, you don't need to be that nervous."
"Huh?" Dunn muttered confusedly.
That's the antimatter legion, not some trash fish, right?
Patting Dunn's shoulder, Adonis walked out of the protective formation and glanced at Seele and the rest still battling with the legions: "Hurry up and take care of the small fries, leave the ones at the rear to me."
Without pausing, he walked leisurely towards the antimatter legions in the rear, the Voidrangers: Distorters.
The two Distorters raised their hands at the same time, although they were part of the basic combat units of the Antimatter legion, these Distorters had a unique balance of particles in their bodies, making them stronger than regular Antimatter Legions.
They are not only intelligent, but they are also able to control a small group of Reavers.
[T/L: they literally are the Abyss mages, lol.]
"Boom!"
Over fifty Reavers, each wielding a Blade fused into their arms, let out thunderous roars. These creatures were driven solely by the desire to destroy, leaving nothing but ruin in their wake with every strike.
With their bodies hunched, left arms leading, and right arms poised to attack, these beings surged toward Adonis with murderous intent.
However, in the next moments.
"Snap!"
Adonis snapped his fingers, causing the bodies of both the Reavers and the Distorters to be suspended, helpless, as the space surrounding them warped.
Then.
All of a sudden, a black hole materialized out of nowhere, greedily consuming all fifty Voidrangers who were menacingly approaching Adonis.
These creatures, comprised of antiparticles and antimatter, succumbed to the immense gravitational pull and were reduced to black smoke, vanishing into the depths of the black hole Adonis had created.
Once the void had devoured them all, Adonis clenched his right fist, causing the black hole to dissipate.
Seeing this, the Silver-maned guards along with Serval, Jepard and Natasha, in the middle of their battle, paused, as they couldn't help but be stunned, no, they were all dumbfounded.
"Am I dreaming."
I'm giving you a task, The black hole's gravitational force, although Adonis had minimized it to the most he could, the black hole still exerted significant gravitational attraction.
This force was strong enough that even those fighting on the other side felt the gravitational pull, causing them to turn and look back. However, when they saw that Adonis was responsible for it, their eyes widened in shock.
Dunn couldn't help but mutter, "What just happened?"
He had witnessed the event right in front of him, but it was beyond his expectations. He looked at Adonis with a mix of shock and respect. As he observed Adonis more closely, he felt reassured.
"This is our Supreme Guardian," he thought, "perhaps, with him here, Belabog won't face the same desperate situation as in the past."
Adonis, on the other hand, gazed into the distance. Apart from the Antimatter legions that Bronya and the others were dealing with, there were still some scattered across the snowy plains.
'Hmm, rather than destroying them at once, why not use them to train troops.' Adonis had an epiphany.
With this thought in mind, Adonis nodded and walked over to Dunn's side. "Captain Dunn," he said, "I'm assigning you a task. Set up a checkpoint here before tomorrow morning."
Dunn and his men saluted immediately, responding with, "Yes, sir!" Then, they hurriedly returned to Belabog to begin preparations for constructing the checkpoint.
.
Meanwhile.
The remaining Antimatter legions that Bronya and her team were confronting had endured numerous attacks and couldn't withstand their combined and co-ordinated attacks.
As a result, they disintegrated into dust and mist, merging with the snow.
Seele, Bronya, Jepard, Serval and Natasha, all felt the power of the devil fruit coursing their veins, the more they fought, the more they understood the powers of the fruit.
Their understanding and use of their own abilities has deepened a lot, and some could now even use the powers of their paths alongside the power of the fruit.
"Seems like you're getting along with your new abilities," Adonis voice resounded near them, "New orders, Bronya, Jepard, take some silver-maned guards and patrol the outskirts of Belabog for any signs of antimatter legions."
"Seele, Natasha, and Wildfire are in charge of the Underworld."
"Yes Sir!"
With quick acknowledgment, the four of them immediately set out to carry out their assigned duties.
Serval, who remained behind, looked at Adonis with anticipation. "What about me? Do you want me to patrol here or something?"
Adonis paused for a moment, contemplating his next words. "You can stay on standby for now," he replied, but then, 'Wait, since I've given Natasha a task, there's currently no way to inform Hook and Clara.'
After a brief moment of thought, he turned to Serval once again. "I have a simple errand for you. After school, please bring Hook and Clara to me."
Serval nodded, but before she could leave, Adonis had one more request. "Wait a minute. Your fruit is related to sound, and there's more that sounds can do than just attack, right? With your fruit, try creating a song that can inspire the people of Belabog. Can I entrust this to you?"
Hearing this Serval was in a dazed state at first, but then, her eyes brightened with determination as she patted her chest. "Leave it to me," she affirmed.
I didn't update for like four days?
