The summary of the story is... something, is a sure thing. However throughout the story I have to say that I was very amazed and even cried at some parts of the story. MC's perspective on the whole world and the helpless fate of the 'story' to the point that he considers that he is not part of the world and will never be. CHEF'S KISS! And I have to ask the author, is there a partner for MC? If yes who?

As of the most recent chapter, this Fan Fic as well as the translation has not failed to amaze me once. Firstly, there seems to be no harem* (The MC has 2 potential love intrests but the story hasn't and doesn't seem to be going into a cringy smut fic so I'm fine with it) and the MC is actually pretty damn competent and smart without the author making the characters around him stupid so that's a plus for me. Furthermore, the MC is incredibly entertaining to read cause the guy is a fucking troll. Lastly, the MC doesn't really blindly follows the plot and the Fan Fic isn't just a retelling of the original source material with just 1 extra guy in it. Overall, one of the best Fan Fics on webnovel that I have read. And I reccomend reading at least the first few chapters to see if it's your type of fic.
It's a different type of story from what I am used to even among honkai fics, especially in the beginning where he has nothing no cheat, no stupid system, nothing, it's good though. If you like honkai fanfics give it a try.
The story itself is a fanfic in HI3 world about a somewhat normal person isekai’d, and yet its premise is wildly different from how every other one portrays it. The main character feels alive, and I can’t just say it through mere words but every action and plan just oozes with emotion. The main character isn’t static, lacks faith in themselves, and yet shines brightly. Currently the story is still before the true bloom it is foreshadowing, but once it reaches it a new peak will be reached. The other characters also feel awfully real, whether it be small gestures or understanding it makes one feel like they are truly there too. Now give me the raw!

Pretty good compared to other stories about protagonists who seem not to be fazed by traveling to another world, handsome, beautiful, and whose goal in life is to form a harem (most of the 80% of the stories) at least this story feels more human

easily the best HI3rd fanfic i ever read, the knowledge of the world is shown consistenly avoiding creating any plot holes, all the characters stay true to their canon and are interacting interestingly with the MC, as for the man himself Lin wei i don't even know where to begin, wise, cunning, deceptive, calculative he's the perfect example of an enjoyable fun MC who grows steadily and becomes strong enough to be a threat without breaking game logic.
Great story, great world building, great characters. This is transmigration story done right; and that is quite rate occasion for this website. Main character has extensive meta knowledge and uses it right. There is no stupid "system", no great existence above or any other overused retarded trope. There is actual struggle, world is not just a stage for author's original character, actions have consequences both positive and negative, plot actually changes due to interference, amount of plot armour is negligeble. One of my favourite stories, can recommend. Understanding of honkai 3rd world is not required but without it story would not feel as good as it is.
masterpiece truly a novel experience reading this fantastic fanfiction so if you are wondering whether you should read this well you should reasons why you should read? well first an MC that uses his brain, No system that makes the story bland, great character interactions, fills events in the original story that didnt really make sense, a GREAT WAIFU, Otto actually being or as smart as how they say Otto is, and honestly there's more but I think this is enough to catch your attention.
Having finished volume 3 I can confidently say this is one of the best for what a fic can be, it explores a lot of characters and matters left behind in the original work, expanding them into something else. The author writes about human emotions and philosophy, taking their time to build things (perhaps a bit too much but i can get over it [in short very slow paced]), lin wei, who is the mc has a very complex and gray moral compass, some of his actions might look weak or unreasonable but you can definetly see why he did them, aside he is the definition of how much potential someone can bring when death is looming upon them, which i find very beautiful upon a second thought. If you can stomach something more slow paced you should definitely read this 5/5
Exceptionally well written. Some parts I'd even call a masterpiece. There's so much depth to the MC and every single interaction he has that I found myself caught up in the emotions. The first arc with Rin had tears in my eyes, and what follows is equally touching if in a different way.
It's really good. All the characters feel realistic and they have tangible growth not only as characters but also in power and experience. Mc doesn't see himself as a hero but he is undoubtedly a good person. He isn't naive, instead he looks at things quite realistically and like other characters in this fan-fic he learns from his mistakes. The mc starts incredibly weak but with his information on HI3 he schemes and manipulates so that he can live and get power to defend himself. The scheming is a very big part of this novel but it doesn't lack action. Especially with the mc getting stronger and stronger. The translation is also really good. I don't know how 'chinese' this was before it was translated but it doesn't have any of the tropes or pitfalls that many chinese fan-fictions have.
Really fun story to read. The main character is interesting and does something that isn't often included in transmigration fics, that is it explores the past of the MC, his family relations, reason for their detachment, and how he became who he is at the story start. The MC cant win or succeed at every encounter or conversation so you can feel actual stakes exist. The supporting characters are fun and feel active in the world, instead of only existing as props or harem checklist caricatures. Overall it's good.
This fanfic is about one HI3 fan being transported into HI3, naturally, the fan panics since HI3 is a death world and survival isn't expected for normal people like the MC, yes, the MC, is a normal dude inserted into HI3, the poor fuck. However, thanks to the MC's wits and cunningness, he was able to make something out of himself by tricking and outsmarting everyone around him thanks to his metaknowledge. Writing quality is 5/5. I cannot provide anything technical as to why because all I bother with is if I can read this smoothly without stopping or re-reading due to writing issues, I didn't find any so I'll give it a 5. Stability of Updates is 5/5, it updates constantly and in batches instead of single-chapter updates and it does so frequently. Story Development is 5/5. This fanfic dives deeply into the game's lore, even attempting and succeeding (IMHO) in plugging holes left in the original. Not only that, but it creates new lore that is plausible per the lore. Character Design is 4/5, I find the MC, Lin Wei, to be very grounded and relatable. He isn't powerful but doesn't need to be, he's smart but not unbelievably so, he's cunning but not outrageously so. World Background 5/5, like I earlier stated, this fanfic dives deep into the game's lore and even attempts to plug certain plot holes as well as create new background lore that is in-line with the game's lore. Overall, I very much like this fanfic, it is a refreshing read from the usual HI3 fanfics on this website.
