Chapter 4: Chapter 4

Chapter 4: System Rewards, The Full Story

In the room, Cole slumped down on the sofa, removed his glasses with one hand, and rubbed his head.

The journey back from the pyramid truly exhausted him.

Indeed, Cole is not from this world, and of course, his real name isn't Cole. He was merely a worker, but in a blink, woke up as Cottrell Black, trapped inside a pyramid.

Only after gaining the memory did he realize he had entered the magical world, encountering the famous Headmaster Dumbledore, Senior Riddle whom he had seen in his memories, and Snape with his melancholic temperament all day long.

This wasn't the world of Harry Potter, and he hadn't known that there was a Cottrell in the Black family.

He understood his situation only when he saw that maybe this Black died here.

He was trapped inside the pyramid, in the Pharaoh's chamber.

Initially, he wanted to find the Pharaoh's treasure but ended up trapped by a magical barrier and couldn't find the switch. There was a magical code printed on the door, which he couldn't decipher.

Thus, he would have died of starvation, replacing this Cottrell Black.

Cole was ready to despair. He inherited the memory and couldn't open the secret room. He had to wait for death.

Unexpectedly, the Golden Finger arrived. What's it called, the family system? The first task is to let him inherit or establish his own family before it can be fully activated.

Of course, there's also a gift package for beginners. The glasses Cole wears are a magical item from the private collection of magicians from another world.

The perfect adaptation potion allows him to quickly control his own magic.

With his glasses, he not only opened the secret room but also the Pharaoh's coffin. Unfortunately, there was nothing.

Initially, he planned to build his own family from scratch, starting anew, like playing a game.

But accidentally learning about Voldemort's atrocities from a dark wizard, Cole realized this might be his chance.

According to the original trajectory, the final fate of the Black family was not good. Sirius was gone, and Regulus became a corpse in the lake.

The legacy of the Black family was actually cheap. That boy, Harry Potter, indeed had the protagonist's halo.

Instead of working hard outside, why not return home and inherit millions of gold galleons? Wouldn't it be better to be a rich heir?

He, Cottrell, was no less qualified to inherit than Harry. Sirius, that prodigal son, had given away all his millennia of heritage.

Yes, Cole deeply despises Sirius, not only because when he watched it in his past life, he felt the four Marauders were school bullies.

And the predecessor, Cottrell, was the one who was bullied, as badly as Snape, no, worse.

The predecessor was weak in character since childhood, not good at speaking, and not liked by the Black couple.

Although Sirius was disobedient, he had outstanding magical talent. Not only was he very accomplished in transfiguration, but he was also not weak in spells.

To outsiders, Sirius, who appeared cheerful and lively and seemed like a perfect noble boy, was a nightmare for Cole.

The predecessor was sorted into Slytherin like Regulus but was two years younger, unlike Regulus, who was more valued for his obedience.

Cole had been timid since childhood, and Sirius vented all of Mrs. Black's oppression on him, not daring to bully Regulus.

James Potter, and Lupin, they enjoyed bullying Cole, and all kinds of little curses followed. Isn't this just school bullying?

It was after complaining to the Blacks to no avail and being scolded as incompetent that the predecessor ran away from Hogwarts and left the wizarding world alone.

Before he died exploring the pyramids, he had experienced much in his life. Cole also lamented that a person who had the courage to face the outside world did not have the courage to resist the discrimination of his family.

Cole stared blankly at the ceiling, thinking about the system in his mind, and a voice sounded in Cole's mind.

"The family system is officially open. This system is fully dedicated to helping the host establish an exclusive family. It has been detected that the host has inherited the name of the Black family. The initial task is completed."

"The exchange panel is opened, the shop system is opened, and the family honor list is opened."

When Cole heard this voice, he became excited. He came to this world alone. Not because he panicked, but because the magic level of his predecessor was really not very good.

Also, he left school in his teenage years and wandered around. Without systematic teaching, he relied solely on his talent to survive.

"System, receive the mission reward."

Cole remembered that he could receive the first gift when he returned to the old Black house.

"Alien Mage Crystal: Can be used to increase your own magic level."

"Magician's Tower Blueprints: On a distant plane, magicians there kill gods and conquer other worlds, relying on the Magician's Tower."

"Distant Visitor: After being summoned by the unknown, a visitor from afar has a different bloodline. After system transformation, he is loyal to the host and will never betray."

Cole sat up straight after listening to the system's rewards.

"System, take out the mage crystal."

Cole didn't know what a real wizard was until he met Dumbledore. With the glasses awarded by the system, Cole could clearly see the magical elements surrounding Dumbledore.

The wand was just a key, and with that level of activity, Cole believed Dumbledore could cast spells with just a wave of his hand.

The void cracked, and a purple crystal slowly floated in the air, emitting a different light.

Cole raised his hand and directly crushed it. Countless purple energy lines wrapped around and touched Cole's body, and powerful energy poured in.

Cole closed his eyes and enjoyed it. After a few seconds, he slowly opened his eyes.

He lowered his head and looked at his body, but there was nothing different. He turned his head and looked in the mirror next to him, and he still looked like a noble man.

It seemed as if nothing had changed, but only Cole knew what was happening to his body.

After receiving the inheritance of the mage crystal, Cole knew there were levels of magical power, but the HP world was not strict about levels.

A young wizard's magical power increases rapidly as they grow older, until the end of this rapid period in their prime, and then continues to decrease.

There are no titles such as wizard apprentices or great wizards here. If you don't take action, it seems no one knows how capable you are.

However, Cole felt his huge magical power was not much less than Dumbledore's, and his magical power was even more active.

With a thought in his mind, the blueprint instantly appeared in Cole's hand. Good guy, he almost missed it.

It wasn't until he read the homepage that Cole realized how difficult it was to build the magician's tower.

Not only does it require huge financial resources, but also many special materials, which Cole had never heard of.

However, the power of the magician's tower is also huge. According to legend, in distant planes, the ultimate goal of every magician is to build their own magician's tower.

The powerful magician's tower can even break through plane barriers, which is why magicians can kill gods.
