Chapter 2: Chapter One
Three months later on July 7 at 7 am Eva's children were born. Percy walked out of the delivery room. Where Dragon Flame, Eva’s father, and Percy’s parents were sitting together.
Rose stood up and said “boy, girl?”
Percy said, “boy and girl.”
Rose said “can we see them?”
Percy said “yes, come on.” All of them got up and walked back to the delivery.
Dragon flame said “so what are their names?”
Eva said “actually we want you to name them.”
Dragon Flame said “me?”
Percy said “yes you’ll choose their first name and we’ll choose their middle name.”
“Okay.” Dragon flame looked at the baby girl and said “Talivia.”
Rose said “I like it.”
Percy said “us too.”
Charity said “and you can shorten it to Olivia.”
Rose said “or Liv.”
James said “or Tally.”
Dragon Flame said “or Thalia.”
Eva said “I like that one.”
Federico said “what about the boy?”
Dragon flame walked over to him and said “Jaxston or Jax for short.”
Eva said “it’s perfect.”
Rose said “so whats their full name?”
Percy said “Jaxston Lucas Balcoin Hale.”
Eva said “Talivia Dawn Balcoin Hale.”
Dragon Flame said “their names are perfect and I like that you used both last names.”
Percy said “us too.”
Eva said “can one of you put them in their cribs they look tired.”
Percy and Rose said “I’ll do it.”
“Mom you grab Talivia I’ll grab Jaxston.”
“Okay.” Percy and Rose put them in their cribs.
Eva said “I just wanna thank you Dragon Flame because of you Talivia is ok.”
Dragon Flame said "ok I think it’s time I tell you guys something." At that moment Jaxston and Talivia started to grow fast.
Eva said what do you need to tell us?”
Dragon Flame said “I hate that no one get along so I had a plan, one that started before Valkar was even conceived. I wanted us all of us to be united so I decided to make someone like me but when Valkar was born I thought he might unite us.”
Eva said “but he didn’t”
“Your right he didn’t” Dragon Flame said, “so I went back to my original plan. I need to find someone who was kind, honest, trusting, forgiving, and would risk their life for someone they barely knew.”
Rose said “but there is no one like.”
Dragon flame said “that’s where you’re wrong. Eva when I touch you belly I had a vision Jaxston and Talivia were the ones I was looking for. When I healed Talivia I not only did that. The blood I gave you it not only had Klaus’s blood in it.”
Rose interrupted “It had all of the of the original’s blood in it. That’s why you wanted our blood but it wouldn’t have worked unless, you killed while they were in utero!”
Percy said "you did what, how could you do that our children.” Everyone started fighting when the cribs broke. They all turned around and where shocked at how fast Jaxston and Talivia were growing. Dragon Flame and Rose each grabbed a sheet and threw it on them. They didn’t stop growing until they looked like they were seventeen.
Talivia woke up and said "what happened?" Then Jaxston woke up and looked just as confused as Talivia. Then their powers started to go off.
Everyone duck for cover except Dragon Flame she just stood there.
Rose said “what’s happening?”
Dragon flame said “they didn’t make their own energy.”
Everyone yelled “Dragon Flame don’t.”
She looked back and said “I’ll be ok.” She removed her energy, split it into two pieces and put it in Jaxston and Talivia. Their power’s stopped going off.
Talivia said “what’s going on, who are you people, and who am I?”
Jaxston said “I want to know all of that too.”
Rose turned around and said “where did Eva and Percy go.”
Federico said “they ran and how do they know how to speak?”
Dragon Flame said “because they’re Cogniters. (Cogniters know the answer to pretty much everything once they learn control.) They turned back around. Dragon Flame looked at Talivia and said “your name is Talivia and you are the chosen one.” Then she looked at Jaxston and said “your name is Jaxston and you are the Osirion.
Jaxston said “cool and can I be called Jax.”
“I want to be called Thalia.”
Dragon Flame said “okay sure.”
Rose said “the two of you are twins and the four of us are your grandparents.”
Jax said “if the four of you are our grandparents, then who are you.”
“I am Dragon Flame and I created you.”
Jax said “why?”
“I wanted to bring peace to our people.”
Thalia said “awesome.”
Jax said “ok let’s do this, but first can we get some clothes?”
Thalia said, “and food.”
Rose said, “ok what do you guys want to wear and eat?”
Thalia said, “I want black pants, white combat boots, a black leather jacket, and a sandwich with blood and a liver on it.”
Jax said “I’ll take the same sandwich and a leather jacket and boots.”
Rose said “Ok, I don’t know where to get the sandwich but Thalia what kind of shirt do you want?”
“I don’t care as long as it’s not pink, I hate pink, actually make it a white dress.”
“Ok” Rose said, “and Jax what kind of pants and shirt do you want.” “Denim pants and a black shirt.”
Rose said, “Ok I’ll be back as soon as I can.”
Dragon Flame said “actually, I’ll go you guys get to know each other.” Dragon Flame started walking away but turned around and said, “how many sandwiches do you guys want?”
Thalia said “five.”
Jax said “four.”
Drago Flame said “Ok” then walked out.
Thalia said “so what are your names?”
Jax said “and what would you like us to call you?”
“I’m Rose and you can call me grandma.”
“I’m James and you can call me grandpa.”
“I’m Charity and you can me nana.” I’m Federico and you can call me papa.”
Jax said “what are those marks on your hands?”
Federico said “for me and your nana they are the mark of our family and tribe.”
Thalia said “cool and yours.”
James said “they are the mark of our family coven.”
Jax said “what’s a coven and will we get the marks too?”
James said “you want to take this one Rose?”
“Sure, a coven is a group of witches and wizards.”
“Cool” Jax said, “but you didn’t answer my second question.”
Charity said “yes you will get the marks, but they also mean something else.”
Rose said “Charity don’t they’re just kids.”
Thalia said “no we’re not tell us.”
Charity said “our family has dark magic and so do they.”
“You have dark magic from two family and we don’t know what that means because the two of you are the first to come from both of our family’s” said Charity.
Jax and Thalia said “we know what it means.”
Rose said “what do you mean?”
Jax said “after Dragon Flame turned us we could hear everything” then Jax nudged Thalia.
Thalia said “we heard you say our families are written in the stars, that it was destined that our parents would get together.”
Charity said “I still don’t understand.”
Jax said “it means we’re the product of true love and that we not only have dark magic but we also have light magic.”
Rose interrupted “and because you have both you’ll be able to control your dark magic.”
Right at that moment Dragon flame walked in with two bags and said “good you figured it out.”
Rose said “you knew!”
Dragon Flame said “of course I knew” and handed Jax and Thalia each a bag.
Jax opened one of the bags then handed it to Thalia and said “where is our food?
Dragon Flame said “underneath your clothes, eat and then get dressed. Jax said “Ok.” Jax and Thalia grabbed their food and started eating like their life depended on it. Charity, Rose, James, Federico and Dragon Flame sat down.
Dragon flame said “have they asked about their parents?”
Rose said “thankfully no but we’ll have to tell them at some point.”
Dragon Flame said “I know.”
Charity said “how long do you have left.”
Dragon flame said “maybe an hour before I am forced back into my true form.”
Jax and Thalia ate three sandwiches, wiped off her face, stood up, walked into the bathrooms next to each other, and got dressed.
Jax said “we’re ready to go.”
James said “what about you’re other sandwiches?”
Jax said “we’re saving them for the road.”
Dragon flame said “ok then I guess it’s time to show everyone their true leaders.” They grabbed their stuff and walked out to Dragon Flames limo.
