Chapter 31: Mob Awakening. The Musketeering, Fencing Fox

Several minutes later.

Tsubone helped Hiruma awaken his monsters.

For the moment, she only roused a few of them. Hiruma didn't mind when she said she'd awaken the rest later because he couldn't use all of his monsters and had never considered building an army of Nen users.

Hiruma could only use three monsters at once in the outside world, but after two trips through the dungeons, he had captured about twenty monsters. That was because he preferred not to capture duplicates. Hiruma could only use three monsters at once in the outside world, but after two trips through the dungeons, he had captured about twenty monsters. That was because he preferred not to capture duplicates.

Tusbone performed the monsters' awakenings by punching them in the stomach, similar to how the chimera Ant Rammot was awakened in the original after being punched by Gon. During this process, the aura nodes of the monster units were forcibly opened. There was no major mishap, with Tsubone controlling her strength and the Heal* skill to heal the mobs.

There were nine mobs that were awakened to Nen. They were as follows:

1-Hiruma's favorite "Golem,"

2-the cunning and bloodsucking "Dracky,"

3-the "Meowgician" (a hilarious-looking cat sorcerer)

4-the "Magus" (some kind of demonic-army low-rank magus in the adventure of Dai)

5-the "Mudraker," (a dripping blob of mud with a simple face and arms)

6-the "Healslime," (a jellyfish slime with a blue, oblong head and yellow tentacles dangling beneath his body.)

7-the "Mischievous Mole," (a bipedal, gray mole with a wooden shovel in one hand and a stern expression on its face.)

8-the "Ram Raider," (a ram-themed monster with orange fur, a tuft of red hair, long horns, and a white collar.)

9-as well as the "Fencing Fox." (A bipedal musketeer fox wielding a fencing sword and dressed in a refined and multicolor French marquis uniform.)

Hiruma had also captured undead monsters from the Tower of Trades, which he could awaken. But, remembering his twin sister Kalluto, and more specifically, some plan he had for her, he didn't awaken the monsters for the moment…

The first mob unit to be awakened was the Golem. Hiruma, who still believed in "Hisoka's Nen Personality Test," was unsurprised to discover that he was an Emitter.

Hiruma had discovered that his monsters all had distinct personalities after communicating with them telepathically. Even monsters of the same kind had different ideas.

Hiruma's most favored and devoted Stone Golem was an impatient, ferocious, and short-tempered monster.

Hiruma had yet to see his personality traits and temper style in Silva, his father, or his grandfather Zeno. But, then again… those two were also possibly too powerful to reveal their true selves to the common and weakling. After all, when Zeno was initially resisted by Chrollo, he displayed some bizarre and violent expressions.

It could be argued that Hisoka's Nen test was not untrustworthy, but that the most intimate aspects of people's personalities did not always surface. Bringing out the colors was necessary for some.

At least that was how Hiruma viewed it.

Several hours later.

Around 9 o'clock in the morning.

All the monsters were eventually awakened to their characteristics, with some controlling their leaking "Ten" later than others.

Hiruma was returning. He had been going in and out of the small world.

Inside, he soon noticed his nun-like, huge titty milf butler, who spoke to him,

The lady was free to enter and exit the small world as she pleased. She could do both outside, alone, and anywhere else in the real world as long as Hiruma didn't mind,

"Young master, you came back just in time."

Hiruma, who was stepping and wearing a scarf and sunglasses, nodded and asked his smiling assistant and teacher,

"How are the other results?"

Close to a strong and tall shade tree,

Tsubone, who was sitting next to the fencing fox, stood up and exclaimed enthusiastically,

"This fox-like magical beast turned out to be a Transmuter. As for the dark bat and the remaining…"

Hiruma nodded.

Dracky, the flying monster, turned out to be an Enhancer. He was the blundering, rash type. Other than him, Hiruma was particularly taken with the Healslime, the Mole and the Meowgician during Tsubone's report.

The talkative and playful Healslime turned out to be another Enhancer. The Mole was a manipulator. As for the Meowgician, he was another Emitter like the Stone Golem…

Only Tsubone was a conjurer in his current and expanded party, which included both starting players and substitutes.

After feeding the monsters, Hiruma and the milf prepared to leave the small world.

Then, while waiting for the ship outside in her hotel room, he and she began talking about something the boy had been interested in for quite some time. Which was the type of Transmutation Nen.

Hiruma inquired, recalling Tsubone's use of Transmutation in her style. He also remembered complete transmuters such as Biscuit and Youpi among the Chimera Ant guards,

"Tsubone, please explain the Nen of Transmutation to me. It couldn't just be about elemental and aura changes, could it?"

Tusbone locked her gaze with his and replied with pleasure,

"I'd be delighted to explain, young master Hiruma. You can ask me any questions you want. And, yes, it's not as simple as you think. There's a lot more to it."

Curious, Hiruma inquired again,

"Such as?"

Tsubone said,

"It's difficult to explain, but Transmutation has an infinite number of applications. Matter, energy, elements, objects, and even living beings such as animals can be changed or transformed. True experts can completely or partially transmute with and into anything with which they form a connection, permanently or temporarily."

"Destruction, Warping, and Creation. Erasure. The Transmutation branch deals with all of these disciplines. If I had to describe it, I'd say it's the type of Nen that, when mastered, is the closest thing to mind-boggling deception and devilish trickery."

"It works particularly well with Enhancement."
