Chapter 37: Chapter 37
The room was in chaos as Laura and Killua destroyed the competition easily. They kicked out everyone with only them standing.
" You're pretty good. What's your name? " Laura asked as she looked at Killua.
" Names Killua. What's yours? "
" Laura. So how do you want to this? Should we just collect all the badges now or fight things out to see who the only one who passed this exam? " Laura asked.
" We collect all the badges and split them evenly. " Killua said.
" We can fight somewhere else. These guys will just get in the way. " Killua said.
" You are right. " Laura said.
After collecting all the badges they left the room and gave them to the examiner who called Netero.
" Ho you can have Killua pass. He's already proven himself. However to show if the girl can be a hunter, gave her face Killua. I'll make the decision. " Netero said.
" Okay. "
The examiner looked at Killua and Laura.
" Killua you have a pass the hunter's exam however for Laura we need to test you, so chairman Netero told me to have you face off against Killua. "
Laura smirked as she looked at Killua.
" Guess we will be having that fight right now," Laura said.
" Yep. Sorry in advance but you will get creamed. " Killua said using Nen.
" No, not really. It will be you. " Laura said.

Standing in the middle of the room, Laura and Killua looked at each other.
Saying nothing, Killua walked towards her.
" Oh, you're approaching me? " Laura said.
" Can't beat the shit about of you without getting closer. "
" Then approach as much as you want. "
Smirking, multiple Killuas appeared as they approached Laura. Laura looked at this and waited.
They rushed at her, Laura stood ready as the first one passed through her.
She turned and around, using a back fist to attack the Killua behind her.
That one was fake as well.
Killua appeared in front of her chest and his hands were crackling with electricity.
He trusted his hands to her chest. Laura looked at this and allowed it to happen.
She got zapped by Killuas electricity but felt nothing. Killua looked at her as she kicked him in the gut.
Killua skidded back before looking at her. He whipped the dust off his shirt as Laura did the same thing.
' She managed to block my electricity. Wasn't even phased. Plus her skin turned black. '
' He can use electricity. Transmutter. Luckily my Hatsu can counter it. '
Laura then rushed toward Killua, easily closing the distance between herself and him. Killua quickly used Ken to block her punch.
Laura's fist turned black as she punched him. Killua was rocketed back to the wall, slamming into it.
He quickly moved out of the way as Laura punched the wall. He rolled to the left side of the wall as she kept punching.
He jumped over her and released a lightning strike at her.
Seeing the lightning strike, she slapped it away with the back of her left hand.
Killua looked at her in shock as she launched herself towards him. As she punched at him again, Killua in the air made sure to make it so that he could dodge her attack.
Pushing himself off her outstretched arm as he dodges her attack.
Landing on the ground, Killua rushed at her with his nails sharpened and covers in Ko.
Laura saw this coming and dodged the strikes. She moved out of the way but Killua chased her.
She then grabbed his hand that was coming to her face, with his hand being black in color.
Killua looked at this and fired a thunderbolt from his finger to her face. She let go and dodged to the right.
Acting quickly, Killua grabbed her head and slammed his knees into her face. Laura saw this and attacked his knee with her forehead.
They clashed before backing away from each other.
' She can make any part of her body turn black. She must be an enhancer. ' Killua thought.
' Damn he's good. He is Satoru's son so that should be expected. '
" That's enough. "
Both of them looked in the direction of the voice to see Netero walking in.
" That was a spectacular fight though we will have to fight this short. " Netero said.
Both of them relaxed as they looked at each other.
" That was fun. What is your Hatsu anyway? " Killua asked.
" Yeah, that was fun. Oh, that. I'm an enhancer so I wanted to have the best option in defense, offense, and the ability to get past others' defenses easily.
The result was this. I can us who defend against attacks and punch through other Nen easily. Though I have to train more. I call it Armament. "
" Cool. I can turn my Nen into electricity. I can store electricity and use it later. " Killua said.
" Nice. " Laura said.
" Brother, Sister that was awesome. "
" Alluka. " They said simultaneously.
Killua froze as he remembered what Alluka said.
' Sister. '
" Sup son. You've grown. How's life been treating you? " Satoru asked as he waved towards Killua.
" So you are here to Dad. "
