Chapter 73: Chapter 73: Super Gohan
Gohan stepped forward, he only had a few minutes before his energy was drained from the wear and tear that second grade brought.
Although he discarded this state because of the enormous energy drain, it wasn't totally useless if his intention was to finish off his enemy.
Strength and speed grew together, not like the third grade that increased strength by ten, and he lost a lot in speed, defense and reflexes.
His power grew a lot but the bad thing is that his energy would be depleted, so he tried to replenish that energy to nullify the wear.
The healing ability also had its limits, so he would have to take down Super 13 with a single, but powerful attack or technique.
'Well, no time to waste' thought Gohan flying towards Super 13. The big android tried to grab him with his arms, but the boy dodged.
He jumped into the air and he kicked the Super android's face, who was thrown backwards. But Gohan grabbed his leg, preventing him from leaving.
He then began to spin around the android's body and hurled him into the sky, but Super 13 snapped back with a glare filled with anger.
He flew towards Gohan trying to land a punch on the little boy, but his attacks were useless due to the huge power gap.
Gohan got tired of dodging and he punched him hard in the chin followed by a kick to the abdomen causing him to crash into a rock.
But the resistance of the android gave for much more, without ignoring the inexhaustible energy of him. If it continues like this, Gohan will lose this fight.
And he knew it. To top it off, he was wearing a state of physical wear and tear, so he wasn't in the best position. And so, he ran towards him.
Flush!
But nevertheless, Super 13 rose to the sky dodging the punch that Gohan was going to give him, who opened his eyes seeing him gather energy.
Super 13 prepared a giant red sphere and then threw it at Gohan, who expelled more aura. And he went through that sphere easily!
Gohan raised his hand from him creating a sphere of multiple colors, just like he did against Frieza. But he condensed all that energy into his fist.
"..." the android was speechless, seeing that Gohan had appeared before him, ready to end his life without any mercy.
"SOUL PUNISHER FIST!" Gohan exclaimed burying his fist wrapped in a bright light into Super 13's abdomen piercing him.
Super 13 tried to hit him but suddenly his body began to fragment. The raw energy of the Soul Punisher was destroying him.
"Die damn android!" Gohan yelled watching him disintegrate and decided to finish him off, "Masenko!"
And with this last energy attack, Super 13 disappeared from the face of the Earth thus culminating in this dangerous threat.
Gohan fell to the ground breathing heavily. He was a fool not to end up 13, but he never thought he would kill the others androides.
'Sorry Trunks, but at least it's all over' Gohan thought going back to his base state, 'No, I still have something to do'
He used the last drops of energy from him to fly towards Gero's lab. And once he entered, he descended into the underground part of this place.
The first thing his onyx eyes saw was Dr. Gero's supercomputer, the one that created the androids that he had just destroyed.
But what he wanted to see was the horrible creature that was submerged in a greenish liquid inside a large capsule.
"Cell" Gohan muttered seeing that the creature was huge. He approached the panel and he read that there were four years left for the awakening of such a monster.
In the series, Cell appeared after Trunks managed to deactivate the androids. This is, after three years. It made a lot of sense.
"If he's in the last stage of it, it's an impossible task to reprogram him" Gohan said making a face, Cell had a lot of potential as a fighter.
But he needed to make sure, so he placed two fingers on his forehead and left. Five seconds later, he was back, but this time with Bulma.
"W-where have you brought me Gohan?" Bulma inquired somewhat scared by the facilities of the place. More so when she saw Cell in his capsule.
"It's Gero's lab and I brought you here to see if you could reprogram the development of that creature" Gohan spoke pointing to Cell. Bulma refused.
"Are you crazy Gohan?! We don't know what this monster is, and besides…" Bulma slowly approached, wary, "It looks very horrible!"
"I know, I know Bulma, but try to see if it can be reprogrammed" Gohan said clapping his hands together, "I swear I'll take care of the rest!"
Bulma looked at him doubtfully, but she sighed, and Gohan smiled. So, the woman approached the pod panel carefully.
Gohan watched as Bulma typed pretty fast, but frowned as he read the codes on that panel. "No, I can't."
"Huh? Why?" the boy asked.
"This horrendous creature has been twenty years in development and is in his last phase, it's impossible to alter what that mad scientist established"
"It's hard to admit but that Gero was a genius. He managed to create a monster with the cells of Goku, Vegeta, and even Frieza!" added Bulma.
"Damn..." Gohan said shrugging his shoulders, "Let's get out of this lab, the best option is to destroy it"
Bulma nodded sternly as she walked up the stairs and Gohan walked over to the pod Cell was in and dropped a tiny Ki sphere into the crystal.
Then, he looked at Gero's supercomputer and was a little curious. He took out Big Gete Star's chip and placed it on top of the huge machine.
Suddenly, that chip expanded on the supercomputer and began to absorb every electronic component of the great machine.
And absorbing its data, functions, and everything else. Until there was nothing left and the chip returned to its normal size. Gohan smiled.
"Big Gete is like some kind of symbiote. This supercomputer will have some use in my empire" Gohan stated taking the chip.
The little boy jumped up and made it to the top floor, where Bulma was waiting looking around in amazement. "A-are these all androids?"
Gohan nodded and walked over to capsule 16. He touched the release button and Bulma's eyes widened in panic, "What are you doing Gohan?!"
"I read in Dr. Gero's blueprints that he discarded this android because he was kind, I want to see if that's the case" Gohan lied smiling.
He knew that 16 was not a bad being, he loved nature and animals. So it would be nice to have him as a training partner.
"A-Are you sure?" Bulma looked doubtful.
"Sure, in case something goes wrong I can stop him" Gohan spoke as the capsule opened, and there was the robust android 16.
16 slowly opened his eyes and he walked out. He scanned the place until his eyes caught sight of Bulma. And then to Gohan, who was standing before him.
"Hello!" Gohan exclaimed with a smile and extended his hand, but 16 looked at him coldly and didn't return the gesture to the boy, "Nice"
"You are the son of Goku, whom I have to exterminate. That is my mission" answered 16 seeing that capsules 17 and 18 were open.
"My father died a long time ago, and if you're wondering, I was the one who defeated the others androids" added Gohan with a serious face.
Android 16 tensed his body to fight the boy, but Gohan relaxed his face smiling, and the android eyed him suspiciously.
"I have no intention or desire to fight you. What's more, I would like to offer you something" Gohan said smiling. Bulma looked at him curiously.
"What is it about?" 16 asked.
"My father is dead, so your mission is meaningless, and the rest of the androids are gone. How about protecting this world?"
"Protecting animals, nature... are you interested?" Gohan asked with a smile and again extended his hand to the android 16.
16 widened his eyes in astonishment. It was true that if Goku was dead, he had no mission assigned. So what else could he do?
"And well?" Gohan asked again.
"Yes, I do" 16 replied quite simply and shook his hand with Gohan's, who smiled happily at this. He didn't have Cell, but he did have 16.
"Okay, now we have to get out of the lab because it's going to explode" Gohan said taking Bulma's hand, and 16's arm to get out.
Then, he teleported towards Trunks and a second later, the Ki sphere that Gohan left behind exploded. Gero's lab exploded as well.
"Trunks son!" Bulma cried out in anguish running towards her son seeing how hurt she was, "What happened Gohan?!"
"There were problems in the lab, but he's fine. His life isn't in danger" Gohan said crouching down next to him, "Let's go home"
Bulma nodded taking Gohan's hand. Android 16 moved closer, taking one last look at the destroyed lab. Then, they left.

They reappeared in the Capsule Corp lounge. Gohan carried Trunks' body to the sofa and took a Senzu bean to give him.
"Come on Trunks, this will do you good" Gohan uttered putting that seed in his mouth and helped him chew it. And then swallow it.
Trunks began to wake up after the arduous fight. As soon as he opened his eyes and saw Gohan he flashed a big smile. "So... you have won"
If before he felt respect towards Gohan, now he felt admiration. Almost as much as he had for his deceased master Gohan. How ironic.
"Yes. Are you fine?" the boy asked as Trunks gradually got up to sit on the sofa.
"Yes, thanks to the Senzu bean I'm fully recovered" Trunks answered with a smile and his mother Bulma appeared with a tray.
"You have to eat, it looks like the battle was hard for you" Bulma said leaving the tray, which contained sandwiches and an orange juice.
"Thank you Bulma!" Gohan spoke rubbing his hands together and turned to the android, who was in a corner of the room, "Aren't you going to eat, 16?"
"16?" Trunks asked turning around and seeing the badge that man was wearing, he got up from his seat startled, "He is another android!"
He didn't think about it anymore and turned Super Saiyan flying towards 16. But Gohan quickly appeared before him with Instant Transmission.
"What are you doing Gohan?! We have to kill him, he's a danger to humans!" Trunks demanded with a frown, and Gohan shook his head.
"I assure you not Trunks, 16 loves animals and has promised me that he will fight to protect this planet" Gohan replied.
"And how long will it take for him to turn against us? Don't believe what he said!" Trunks exclaimed, refusing to believe such nonsense.
"Trunks, I know how much you have suffered for the androids, but you know that I would never put this world in danger. Trust me" Gohan said.
And it was normal for him to react like that. Trunks was absolutely right, because the androids screwed up his life. That's why Gohan appealed to Trunks' trust.
But suddenly, 16 walked up to both of them standing next to Gohan. Trunks tensed his body and drew his sword against the android.
"I have no intention of attacking humanity, I was not created for that" spoke 16 looking at Trunks, "I will protect the nature"
Trunks grunted and looked at Gohan, the one who had brought peace to his world. He couldn't not trust him after all he did for this world.
And besides, this android didn't give him the same impression as 17 and 18. He looked quite peaceful, he didn't seem to want to attack them at any time.
"It's alright Gohan, I trust you" Trunks relaxed with a smile and 16 smiled slightly, before turning back to the corner, "But still..."
"Don't worry. Besides, 16 will be very suitable for training" added Gohan sitting back on the sofa, "Now it's time to continue eating Trunks!"
Trunks sighed before letting out a light laugh, and then sat down. Bulma smiled looking at her son, now they were at peace.

As it's a variant that increases strength and speed, I place the multiplier between Super Saiyan 1 and Super Saiyan 2. Therefore, it multiplies x1.5 to Super Saiyan.
Trunks: 3,250,000
Trunks Super Saiyan: 162,500,000
Android 17: 300,000,000
Android 18: 275,000,000
Android 14: 70,000,000
Android 15: 65,000,000
Android 13: 250,000,000
He was able to battle Super Saiyan Goku in the movie, but he's inferior to Androids 17 and 18, who easily beat two Super Saiyans: Vegeta and Trunks.
Super 13: 385,000,000.
Basically, the sum of powers with the rest of androids. He's still inferior to 16 and Imperfect Cell who would have 390,000,000 units.

LordPhenex026 Super 13 defeated. Cell destroyed, and Android 16 joins the team. Now several things remain to be fixed by Gohan before we return to the main timeline.
It seems that here when things don't go well for the Mc, or if something doesn't happen according to what some want.. it's because it's "forced", but I don't care. I'm focused on finishing this arc of future Trunks and starting the Cell saga.
