Chapter 95: Unexpected Incident
Due to the large quantity of Pokéblocks that needed to be produced, Yuga spent the entire afternoon in the Ecopark crafting Pokéblocks alongside Audino.
However, Yuga quickly realized that his speed in making Pokéblocks was no match for Audino's, and the quality of the blocks he made was slightly inferior.
Yuga was very displeased with this, so he put in even more effort, being more meticulous. But in the end, he was defeated and had to reluctantly give up on trying to outdo Audino.

Once all the completed Pokéblocks were stored in the main park's warehouse, Yuga instructed the Miltanks to feed Gligar, Trapinch, and Flygon daily.
Feeling quite fatigued from yesterday's extensive Pokéblock crafting, Yuga slept soundly through the night. It wasn't until around 8 or 9 in the morning of the next day that he finally woke up, stretching lazily as he got out of bed.
As he opened the window after getting up, Yuga intended to let some fresh air into the room. However, as soon as he opened the window, he noticed many people on the street below pointing and talking about his house.
What could have happened? Was there something wrong with his house?
Quickly putting on some clothes, Yuga hurried downstairs.
Upon reaching the ground floor, Yuga saw a crowd of people standing outside the shop, occasionally pointing and chatting.
Yuga turned to Suzuki, who had been in the shop for a while, and asked, "Suzuki, what's going on? Why is there such a commotion outside?"
Suzuki sighed and gestured outside, saying, "Just go out and see for yourself."
Still wearing his slippers and sleepwear underneath his coat, Yuga made his way to the entrance with a "patter-patter" of footsteps.
Just as Yuga reached the door, he spotted a brown Pokémon lying at the doorstep. On closer inspection, it was none other than Linoone.
"What are you doing here?"
As Yuga approached, Linoone noticed him and opened its eyes slightly. It glanced at Yuga and then pointed towards the door frame.
Yuga couldn't decipher its meaning at all and didn't pay much attention to it.
Except for the young Pokémon, Yuga had granted free access to all the Pokémon in the Ecopark. However, most of them preferred to stay within the park's boundaries and rarely showed an inclination to venture outside.
Moving past Linoone, Yuga stepped out to see what was happening outside. But as soon as he stepped out, he found himself surrounded by neighbors.
"Yuga, is this Pokémon yours? It looks so impressive!"
One of the women pointed towards the rooftop of Yuga's house.
"Yeah, that's right. It's a Flygon, isn't it? I've only seen them on TV."
A man chimed in.
"Oh my, I recognize this Pokémon too."
"Yuga is becoming more and more accomplished. He even has such powerful Pokémon."

With Yuga being encircled by a group of neighbors who praised him non-stop, his groggy mind from just waking up instantly cleared up.
Following the direction they were pointing, Yuga gazed at his rooftop and saw the Flygon leader Flygonsurely basking in the sun, occasionally swaying its long, robust tail.
Yuga was beginning to worry if its tail would end up creating holes in the rooftop.
The Flygon leader indeed appeared very imposing. With a body half again as large as other Flygon and a naturally high level, it exuded an impressive aura. It was no wonder that the neighbors were gathering to observe.
"This is my Pokémon. There's nothing special about it. Everyone, please disperse. Gathering outside my house like this isn't good for business."
As he watched the neighbors scatter, Yuga let out a relieved sigh. Then, he waved to the Flygon leader perched on the rooftop, signaling for it to come down.
Seeing his owner waving, the Flygon leader flapped its wings lazily and descended from the rooftop, landing before Yuga.
Yuga asked, "How did you end up outside? Were you just staying on the rooftop?"
"Flygon!"
The Flygon leader looked at Yuga with its bright red eyes and called out.
Yuga rubbed his head and said, "I must be silly to ask you. I can't understand what you're saying."
Then he waved his hand and added, "Never mind, never mind. If you want to stay up there, stay. But promise me you won't cause trouble or harm the townspeople without reason."
The Flygon leader nodded and flew back up to the rooftop, squinting its eyes to continue sunbathing.
Returning to the shop, Yuga encountered Linoone at the entrance again and couldn't help but think, "What's happening today? Why are one or two of them venturing outside?"
What Yuga didn't know was that Linoone had come outside to fulfill its promise to him.
When Yuga took them out, he had mentioned that he intended to employ them as guard Pokémon for the Day Care, providing them food and shelter.
At present, Linoone had a place to stay and eat at Yuga's place, but it hadn't done anything. This made it feel quite guilty.
By this time, Audino, who was similarly hired, had already started helping Yuga take care of the Pokémon and make Pokéblocks. How could it just remain idle?
So, it took the initiative to guard the shop entrance.
In truth, it had forgotten that aside from itself, Swellow hadn't done anything either. Swellow had been preoccupied with battles against Murkrow and hadn't thought much about anything else.
As for the Flygon leader, it felt responsible for Yuga's safety now that he was its owner. It couldn't stay cooped up in the Ecopark all the time. How could it? It decided to venture outside. It even relinquished its leader position to another Flygon in the clan. (Starting today, it was no longer the Flygon leader but instead would be called the Great Flygon.)
Yuga couldn't understand Pokémon language, so naturally, he had no clue about their thoughts or reasons for doing what they did. But he didn't dwell on it.
Yuga returned to the shop and faced Suzuki with a puzzled expression. "The two Pokémon outside the door and on the rooftop are mine. From now on, they'll be responsible for guarding the shop. Don't worry about them."
Suzuki nodded and said, "Got it."
With that settled, Yuga promptly went to freshen up.
However, news of a powerful Flygon perched on the roof of YoYo Day Care quickly spread through the town. As the owner of the Day Care, Yuga soon became well-known in the town.
While the town's residents were aware of YoYo Day Care, the only one running a Day Care there, they didn't know the owner's name. But now, Yuga had practically become a local celebrity.
Verdanturf Town wasn't a big city, and there hadn't been any particularly renowned trainers. The only thing that had garnered some attention was its rehabilitation environment. With Yuga's presence, word spread easily.
