Chapter 21: A Complicated relationship...
Li na.... that's her name... the embodiment of annoyance..the Li family is very influential... even on par with the ye family...her grandfather is a very famous caligraphy master..he was very well respected...while her father acts more like a mother figure to her... their whole buisness Empire is built by her mother...as you can understand she lack the gentle motherly love and care... And her father and the other family members just adoringly doted and spoiled her
As she is always being praised by her family... allowing everything she asks...she is a princess of her own world...her ego...her arrogance are all of the charts...the reason i just couldn't continue and had to dropped this novel was because of her...at first.. the protagonist was always being insulted by her... but the protagonist whose arrogance is off the charts as well...only find her cute...and on top of that she was a tsundure...so even after their relationship progress a little she just goes on with her sharp mouth...
As i said she is the embodiment of annoyance...and now she would be just sitting next to me...tch...
As i was thinking the class started... fortunately she didn't came...i don't know what she trying to do by not coming to school for a whole month...but whatever...

The next day...
Ye Yong arrived at school early that day and sat by the window, engrossed in a novel. He barely noticed when the class became noisy as a new girl entered the room. She looked like a doll with her blonde hair, smooth skin, and well-proportioned body, though she was not very tall... She took a seat next to him and attracted many curious glances from the other students...
"Hey, they're sitting next to each other!"
"But Ye Yong isn't even looking at her. Do you think he's shy?"
Ye Yong heard the whispers but he didn't care. The book he was reading had reached an interesting part and he didn't want to be disturbed. He plugged his earphones and continued reading.
Li Na also heard the whispers and turned to look at the person they were talking about. She felt a slight attraction to him as his charm was undeniable, but she was also annoyed that he ignored her. She decided to say hello and take the first initiative...
She leaned over and tapped his shoulder lightly. "Hi, I'm Li Na.... What's your name?"
Ye Yong felt a gentle touch on his shoulder and heard a sweet voice in his ear. He lifted his head and saw a pair of bright eyes staring at him. He paused his music and took off his earphones. "I'm Ye Yong. Nice to meet you."
He gave her a polite smile and then returned to his book. He hoped she would leave him alone, but he was wrong...
Ye yong already has a very annoying impression of her...the novel described her as a gorgeous beauty..she was among the top 3 beautiful heroines ...when ye yong looked at her he thought to himself...well! it was indeed true.. Light travels faster than sound...This is why some people appear bright until they speak..
Li Na was not satisfied with his brief reply...
"So, what are you reading?" she asked, peering at his book.
He glanced at her and showed her the cover. It was a sci-fi novel about aliens and space travel. "It's called Starbound."
She made a face and wrinkled her nose. "That sounds boring. I don't like sci-fi. It's too unrealistic and complicated. I prefer romance novels. They're more fun and exciting."
He sighed and closed his book. He could tell she was not going to stop talking. He wondered why she was so persistent and annoying...
He said in a cold tone, "Pardon me.but you have obviously mistaken me for someone who give a damn about your opinions...
The whole Class was subconsciously lisenting at their conversation so just when they heard ye yong's words the whole classroom became silent...
Li na felt very embarrassed she never got treated this way...soon her embarrassment turned into anger...as she spoke...
"yo...youuu"..?
"What.."?
Li na became very furious but she didn't know what to say...then ye yong said...
If you have nothing to say.. please don't disturb me...I was looking at something better...as he said that he continued to read his book...
Li Na felt a surge of humiliation and rage. She clenched her fists and glared at him. She was about to say something when the teacher walked in and announced the start of the class. She had to sit back and endure the lesson, but she vowed to get back at him somehow. She didn't know it yet, but this was the beginning of a complicated relationship between them.
