Steve got rid of his shorts and opened the drawer next to the bed and took out a box of condoms.
Erica raised her eyebrows in surprise.
Steve chuckled seeing her reaction and explained himself, "After our confession last night, I had to be prepared"

Steve was removing the packet, when Erica softly called his name.

"Hmm?" Steve was about to tear the packet when Erica stopped him.
"What happened?" Steve got worried seeing the hesitation on her face.
'Fuck, I didn't even check with her, if she is willing to have sex or not. I just decided it all by myself. Steve, you are an idiot' He scolded himself, as Erica clearly looked unsure.
"Sorry, Erica. I should have asked you before…" Steve started explaining himself before Erica could say anything.
"Steve, calm down" Erica interrupted him as he was misunderstanding her.
