Write a reviewThe main character is truly unlikeable. I am not a big fan of forceful relationships. in my eyes forcing slaves to do your s*exual desires is r*pe, which is truly odd to write about in a "good" light. The main character to me seems kinda corny, I feel as if his character is an appeal to an edgy audience who feel as if they're cooler than they really are. The writing quality from what I can see isn't bad at all. The sentences and ideas are spun together well. It isn't hard to imagine the background the characters are in. And the main character no matter how unlikeable he is, the author does a good job at showing what type of character he is in just the first chapter. When writing a character who is not a good person, it really is difficult to still make them likable to the audience, in my humble opinion the execution leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I also was not a fan of how the characters interacted with each other, the interactions felt a little too forced for me, too unrealistic. But it wasn't unrealistic in an interesting or funny type of way. All in all, if you are weirdly into r*pe or super edgy mc's (who is lowkey just a loser), this novel is worth a shot. Perhaps things get better later on.
Reveal SpoilerThe title is Fire [img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend] Haven't commented on any novel but after seeing this needed 10 reviews to get rating stars, I'm the 10th reviewer and I am so happy! Yaay
This novel had something special—a pulse, a promise, a soul. I was fully invested from the start. The world was immersive, the characters had weight, and the MC—the very reason I stayed—mattered. I would’ve given it a 7 out of 10, not for perfection, but for heart. It had vision. It had spark. But now, here in Volume 3, it feels like that spark’s been smothered. The soul is gone, replaced by a hollow shell of what it once was. The protagonist—the emotional anchor of this journey—is barely present anymore. It’s like he’s a drop of water lost in a stormy sea, swallowed by everything but his own narrative. You sidelined him. You pushed him out of his own story. And for what? To flood us with endless backstory, parallel subplots, and historical exposition no one signed up for? The pacing has collapsed. The emotional rhythm is dead. What used to be a character-driven epic now feels like static—loud, directionless, and empty. I even paused my reading, thinking maybe the burnout was on me. Maybe I needed time. But I returned only to find the same aimless noise, the same weightless chapters. Now, reading feels like a chore. I scroll. I sigh. I keep scrolling, hoping to care again—but the magic’s gone. And that hurts. Because I rooted for this story. I believed in it. Watching it spiral like this feels like witnessing a masterpiece being picked apart by the very hands that built it. The writing is still functional, but the storytelling? It's lost in self-indulgent world-building with no emotional payoff. You didn’t just sideline the main character—you severed the reader’s connection to the story’s soul. And once that’s gone… what’s left to hold on to? Please. Go back to what made this story matter. Reignite the heart that drew us in. Because right now, you’re not telling a story anymore—you’re burying it.
5/5. I really like the novel because of the MC's character is like that of a villain. Since it only has 10 chapters I can't really overpraise it too much but the feeling I got from reading this is like when I first read Arifureta but the mc of this novel is evil and has no morals.
I'm going to be honest and say that the first volume of this novel was actually fire. But from the second volume the MC became way too arrogant and edgy, constantly threatening people, unable to hold a proper conversation with anyone. Maybe it's because of the new magic he got which supposedly mutes his emotions, but I haven't seen even flashes of his previous self. He hasn't thought about his vol 1 GFs (only once in Vol 2 I'm pretty sure) after getting separated, the only thing he has thought about is revenge. Maybe this changes when he finds a solution to his problem or reunites with the original gang, but I will be dropping this for now.
This novel is good and Most importantly follows a LOGICAL PATH., which is quite rare in this genre.
very good novel. I'm really interested in this. and I'll say it again if only the author will keep on writing it without giving up.
HEY author i request you to please remove greeks god and use your own new created gods for this novel .
I was going to start to read this book till I saw it had 11 chapters and that no more r coming out!!! If the author comes back and starts writing again then Ill start to read it.... I just hope that if u do come back that u see the book through and dont stop halfway through or whatever and finish the book!!
This is my second review as I feel it needed another one….the story can be predictable at times but there’s only so much a human can do to make things unpredictable…Khione needs to come back and once she does this is automatically a 5 star
It’s a good story, worth reading, but it loses our coz things are predictable cliches, at times, and my goddess Khione isn’t back yet either 😭🥹
author would Nathan get his white hair look back in the future or would he just stay as he is
Reveal SpoilerAuthor a quick question ....every picture you posted on discord ..are they all going to be harem members?...even the gods??...
