Chapter 1: prologue
Taylor was walking in the hallways of Winslow ,as she walked on she looked down at stained white tiles and the reflection of the setting sun ,she pondered on her days in school.
she was being bullied non-stop for the last year by the trio, at first it was just silly things like putting glue on her seat, throwing spit balls at her in class things she could handle, but lately they've been escalating things but halfway through this month they stopped and it worried her, but luckily for her it was the last day of school, she didn't want to run into the trio so she uses the back door.
she rarely uses it because she doesn't want the trio to know where to look for her when she really doesn't wanna be found.
It is, because lately the nightmares were getting worse, that hell of boredom that she feels every single time she falls asleep made her fear to sleep.
It all started when Emma cancelled their friendship in an abrupt way that she really doesn't want to think about.
She just wants the school year to be over she thought in desperation.
But luckily for her, it was the last day of school, she was then startled on her pondering by the door she looked up to see a graffitied green door with the words Empire 88, which she promptly ignored and Then she walked out of the school to the parking lot, she wanted to have her mind be cleared of thoughts that she clearly doesn't want. so she preoccupies herself by looking down at the gravel Road and counting the rocks to get herself distracted.
going around the school to get to the bus station didn't take too long, she walked absent minded towards the bus station.
sitting down absentmindedly she found herself thinking about her nightmares again.
it always started with her playing video games or doing paperwork in her dreams she doesn't know what the games are, they don't seem to exist in earth bet she also can't remember the paperwork all she knows through intuition is that it has something to do with the underworld, but that doesn't seem nightmarish doesn't it?
no it's not that those are background things that I noticed the thing I fear in these dreams is the boredom doesn't seem scary doesn't it till you realise it's so bad that I I would NO! that's not me I wouldn't just slaughter thousands just to satisfy my boredom?.. I was startled out of my thoughts by the bus stopping on the station that I'm on ,I then walked absentmindedly up on to the bus then ,payed the bus driver and then sat down, then began looking out the window to keep my mind occupied.
[Time skip]
Absentmindedly walking up to my house my thoughts began to wander towards my dreams and Emma once again.
I suppressed that by focusing on the broken step up to my house,I then pull out my house key I unlock the door opened.
I then walked in and lock the door behind me.
did my chores cooked some breakfast ate it alone looked outside not seeing dad's car I guess he's gonna be late tonight I better go to sleep early hopefully I don't get any dreams.
If I'm afraid of dreaming, why do I sleep early? Well it is because I don't want it to affect me anymore, since Emma betrayed me, I've been getting these dreams and for the past half a year I didn't sleep very well so instead, I slept early because tomorrow I am hopefully gonna wake up energised to do things, that I don't know.
I don't have anything to do it's been a long time since I did anything and this summer I want to do something productive and I don't know what that productive thing will be. I have a feeling that It will be a good thing I have a feeling about it a good feeling…
I absentmindedly went into my room, went to bed then look up at the ceiling for about five minutes and then fall asleep.
It turns out that feeling was lying to me right as I fall a sleep I dreamt, my dreams this time was torturing hundreds of angels and dragon's then throwing them into an arena, by watching them fight in an arena I felt satisfaction in my heart looking around the arena it looked like a Roman Coliseum, I felt amusement as I watch these pathetic creatures fight each other for their survival. sadly I have to go to my paperwork soon.
Then the dream changed this time, I saw a great colossal crystal being it was approaching me, it was trying to get something [query] a connection maybe not quite a dormant connection maybe, I think I'm right, as it was trying to connect to me, I connected back it tried to struggle away from my control but it was futile [negotiation] it wanted to serve me [agreement] so I accepted its subservient so I put restrictions on it, instead of simply subsuming it into my will, so the connection was successful Before I could see What happened next I felt a sense of falling and then I hit the floor waking me up.
