Chapter 30: Misunderstanding
As the miniature tsunami washed ruthlessly washed away Tie Zhu leaving behind a narrow trail of destruction Bing Meifeng had stood in her place in shock while thinking to herself.
'How did this happen? Was it because my cultivation had broken through? No it can't be, I just used the same ability on myself and everything was fine. The only thing that changed were these clothes...' she thought to herself while closely examining the robes. However the closer she examined the more confused she was, the texture and quality of the silk was completely out of her comprehension as it was incomparably smooth, yet when she had started gently testing its strength by slowly pulling apart its fabrics, she noticed that its fabric was extremely tough. Although she had only tested it lightly at first, when she saw that it showed no signs of deformation she added more pressure, however no matter how hard she pulled there was not even the slightest signs of tearing.
'How can this be possible? It's only fabric yet it can resist all my strength. Not only that but it can even amplify my spiritual abilities by more than 10 times!' She thought to herself in shock and confusion. Although she was familiar with spiritual items she had never heard of robes that matched the descriptions of the ones she was wearing right now. From her knowledge even the most powerful spiritual weapons would only be capable of increasing one's spiritual abilities three fold let alone any pieces of clothing. To add onto that those profound grade artefacts were all sacred treasures that were in control of the patriarchs of the world's strongest hidden sects. Any one of them would be enough for major sects to go to war over.
As these thought raced through her mind her curiosity for Tie Zhu had only increased. How did he manage to come into possession of such process treasure and even hand them over as if they were ordinary clothes! `Where did they even come from? They just appeared as if out of thin air? Ahhh' As her mind tried to ponder what Tie Zhu was still hiding, she was suddenly brought back to the present situation where currently Tie Zhu had been washed away around 200 meters.
Realising that it had been her mistake she was about to hurriedly dart towards his direction, however she had forgotten about the burning pain between her legs. As the pain immediately flared she gave a slight whince in pain, slowing her pace as she limped towards his direction while she endured the pain.
"Cough, Cough" Currently, Tie Zhu was coughing out the water that had almost drowned him. The huge wave of water that had hit him had trapped him in that watery coffin for almost an entire minute as he tumbled around helplessly, before finally coming to stop. Because he had swallowed a large amount of water in that merciless assault it caused him to cough uncontrollably. As he felt that he expelled the last of the liquid he had swallowed he noticed that Bing Meifeng had slowly arrived before him.
"Cough, What was that? Cough, cough, I said was sorry, you almost drowned me" He could not help but exclaim as he slowly climbed back up on his feet forgetting that he was completely naked.
"... Cover yourself up.. Also I didnt mean for that to happen. I only meant for a small ball fo water to hit you, but somehow I ended up casting that huge wave. I think it was something to do with the robes you gave me." She replied, as she quickly turned her head away from Tie Zhu's naked body while a blush painted her face. In fact she too was blaming herself for acting childish in the first place. If she had never lost control over her emotions and try to teach him a lesson this would not have happened. She was usually always in control of her emotions however today she did not know what and how to think as stark contradictions had constantly assaulted her.
Just as Tie Zhu was going to blame her for making excuses he suddenly thought about Wang Yazhu's status and how valuable the treasures in the spatial stone would be. It would make sense that even the most ordinary objects could be priceless treasures and increasing one's spiritual capabilities would not seem too much out of the ordinary. However if the abilities of just those robes were so powerful, he could not imagine what the other treasures could do. With this thought his heart raced with anticipation to get stronger!
'Ahh! Wait, where are my robes?" My spatial stone was in there!' he suddenly exclaimed to himself while his eyes frantically darted around searching for where they might be.
"Uh, you haven't seen my set of robes have you?" He asked in somewhat of a panic.
"I think they should be where you put them before you got washed away." Bing Meifeng replied, paying close attention to Tie Zhu's actions. '... It seems that he knows the worth of the robes.. But if it is so important to him, then why did he give me a set. Does he really care about me? ' she couldn't help but think to herself as she misunderstood his panic. However this misunderstanding had unknowingly made her heart beat faster, while a beautiful blush painted her face.
As Tie Zhu rushed back to his previous location once again he quickly noticed that his robes were still in place and untouched by that monstrous wave. After picking up his robes, he immediately searched around for his spatial stone. Seeing that everything was still in place he finally breathed in a deep sigh of relief.
Because he had just been lying on the floor as a result of Bing Meifeng small tsunami, his back was once again covered in mud. Trying to decide whether to ask her to help him wash again or just putting on his robes now he decided to give her another chance, so he once again made his way to Bing Meifeng.

"Swoosh"
This time Bing Meifeng had successfully controlled her power to wash away the mud on Tie Zhu. What had shocked her was that in comparison to the power she used when washing herself, she had not even used 1/12th of that to clean Tie Zhu. She was not just imagining things from earlier and was certain that the robes that Tie Zhu had given her were a peerless treasure that somehow surpassed Profound spirit equipment!
