I understand this is your first time writing a story. I'm not going to be overly harsh here but including chapters with the dragon Ball timeline with a description of your main character's ability and everything before the main character gets hit with the truck chapter and meets this deity is unnecessary information I could either looked up via Google as the whole dragon Ball timeline is on the internet and in the context of the main character's ability could have included a chapter where the main character is playing with his system to learn more about it and continually expand upon it throughout the story would have been much better than a blank chapter with you just explaining it. I could not read this for more than two chapters because the third person in the story perspective felt very inorganic or unnatural and I found it very off putting that I could not continue the story beyond the first to actual chapters. also I don't think you should try writing a harem as I seen the harem tag. as it very difficult to actually write a harem story that feels organic for experienced writers and it's basically like trying to jump into the deep end of the pool for writing. as in my opinion it's something you should avoid until you've gained more experience writing a story that feel organic to readers. otherwise the story is just going to feel really trashy that only the lowest level of bottom feeders of humanities intelligence would genuinely praise. the system as Saiyan in DBZ seemed kind of interesting and if you added a lot of quasi Cannon to the story things like Lord slug and cooler along with xenoverse and heroes. it could be a really interesting story especially if the system allows him to draw items from other universes or powers or skills.
