Synopsis
Eisley Sawyer was offered to Magnus Sawyer by her mother at a young age for marriage. However, Magnus is not a loving husband. He is one to cheat and beat her up whenever she does something or nothing wrong.
To escape this hell, Eisley hears the discussion of the wives in her area. A gangster business man was coming into town, and he happens to be her husband's boss— Irwin Kent, a man who has any woman he desires, including his employee's wives, Eisley found a man more powerful than her husband, now, this is her only escape route. The author did a wonderful job building up the characters. Magnus is an absolute monster that I can't wait to be humbled. From the moment I started reading, I just couldn't stop. Great job!
this book is a masterpiece 🥰🥰 I really love the character development and I like Eisley. The writer should keep up the good work 💜💜. it's really and amazing and lovely book and I hope Magnus gets the punishment he deserves.
Very addictive to read. It keeps you on the edge of wanting to know what will happen next. So far, the development of the story is coming out nicely, and the background is done well. Each character is developed as an individual. Right away, the Fl is showing her strength, yet her fear is nicely blended into her reactions, which keeps her seen as a likable character. She's a perfect blend of not-to-strong or weak, which will hopefully give the readers time to see her growth.
