Chapter 2: Prolog Part 2
1981-Godric's Hollow- One day before Halloween
Residence of the Potter family.
Due to James' late return home, Lily told the story of yesterday's incident at breakfast. James was not in a good mood due to lack of sleep. And hearing about the fact that his enemy was alone with his wife and children. Unfortunately, two boys witnessed it. </font> The quarrel was interrupted by Harry's crying. Lily, indignant, took Harry upstairs, and I was left alone with my father.
(James) -Forgive me, son, for arguing with your mother. Parents argue like this sometimes. Just .hmmm ....
I couldn't speak yet, so I sat down and watched my father closely. And I listened to his speech.
(James) - I just don't understand. By what right would he invite this man to my house. <I understand they were good friends at Hogwarts. But she didn't even ask for my opinion. Fuck !!
James starts pacing nervously around the room as he utters these sentences. Furniture was pushed through confiscation several times.
(James) -Even if she invited someone else, I don't know. She should understand that they don't want to see him. Not that I was rude to him and teased him for almost all the years at Hogwarts. ... I stopped teasing him because of her. ... But that's not what I mean. He is a Death Eater. I don't care what Albus Dumbledore says.
After a while, Krius got fed up with his father's complaints, so he cried loudly. And then Lily came downstairs and took him upstairs as well.
James seemed to understand that the boy was doing it on purpose. So the father realized his mistake when he complained about someone in the company of his son. Then he went into the living room and sat down in the armchair.
Lily then led Krius upstairs and, after calming the child, she put him to sleep. Krius went to sleep, and the rest of the day was fairly quiet for Krius and Harry. Because, like young children, most meals go to bed with short breaks for eating.
