It is ok... 10ch in but I really hope that the two get into some kind of a romantic relationship, when does that happen? if it happens within the 50ch that are out I will genuinely read it and look forward to them being cute together lol. On the other hand if the plan is for the status quo to drag out for 200ch then sadly I won't be reading. Currently with how it is going I'm pretty sure the latter is more likely to happen. Hopefully it wouldn't be just for the sake of dragging out the plot. Now the review: I only don't particularly like the style of writing but it is readable. Still, the MCs thoughts can sometimes seem erratic and a bit hard to follow. in my books, if you can't skim a novel and understand 80% of everything it is not excellently written. This is not excellent but it is ok. I only deeply read novels that spark my interest and those I eat up in a day. xD Also, my hope for the romance to happen quickly is mostly because the writing style doesn't sit with me. The characters are meh, the Girl is interesting, The MC seems a bit depressed honestly XD idk why it seems that way but from his inside monologues that is the tone I feel. It is also wierd and not explained why he got called to settle that dispute and not a teacher or something. It just seemed very out of place... tho I'm not very good at remembering names so it might be my bad for switching characters. *Spoilers* I understood that the girl with who he went to middle school with called him to settle the dispute. You also mention that they haven't had much contact when they started going to highschool so the fact that she relies on him like that is ver wierd. It does seem that she holds some affection for him? But that is very wierd if in the 2~3 years that they have been in highschool they havent interacted barely at all. *Spoiler end* Haven't had much world building yet, seems like an ordinary world so far. I still haven't figured out if this is a translation or an original work but I didn't rly try to figure that out anyway so if you know write a comment xD
