Chapter 2: Jin Zhao clash with the demon lord

The bed crashed to the ground, causing cracks to spread across the floor. Both the young man and woman emitted painful shrieks as they rubbed the sore spots resulting from their vigorous encounter.

Ronin felt a sense of ecstasy witnessing the disruption he had caused to their passionate moment. But suddenly, his consciousness started to crumble, and a sharp pain reverberated throughout the sword. "What the hell is happening to me?" Ronin exclaimed.

"Beg me," a voice filled with arrogance echoed in Ronin's consciousness.

"Beg my ass! I would rather die than beg you!" Said Ronin in an angry tone.

"Why did this damn bed break while I was so close to climaxing inside you?" said Jin Zhao with an annoyed expression.

He glanced around and noticed his sword and a cleanly cut bed leg lying on the floor.

"Shit, why did I put this stupid sword near my bed?" muttered Jin Zhao. Then he turned to the young girl and said, "We will continue another time. For now, you can go back to your home."

"Hmm," she nodded and quickly dressed before walking away.

Meanwhile, inside the sword...

"Ahhhh... It hurts... It hurts... It feels like I'm going to die again," shouted Ronin in a voice filled with pain.

"Ronin, it's not too late. You can still plead for my help," a voice echoed in Ronin's consciousness.

"Please, I beg you, help me. I've already died once, and I don't want to die again this time. I want to fulfill all my wishes in this life," pleaded Ronin.

"Good," the voice reached Ronin and continued, "I'm going to bestow upon you a technique that can temporarily control the two types of energies in your body. However, if you want to fix the issue you're currently facing, which requires finding a lifeless body, it's up to you to determine how you will acquire one. It's not my concern."

Ronin hurriedly began to comprehend the technique bestowed upon him by the humanoid light consciousness. After a few minutes, the two conflicting energies wreaking havoc within his sword-infused body partially calmed down. Although he could still sense their movements, they were no longer as overpowering as before.

"Ha... ha..." Ronin let out a long sigh of relief as he noticed the immense reduction in pain within his sword-infused body.

"Where did these two energies in my body come from? What is wrong with them?" Ronin angrily shouted.

"Boy, it is your choice. You have chosen two completely opposite energies: celestial sword energy and demonic sword energy. Both of them possess contrasting characteristics, like water and fire. And what do you expect when fire and water meet? They will continue to fight until one element dominates the other. The same goes for your current situation. They won't stop battling each other until you find a neutralizer to calm them down. I have granted you a powerful technique that can neutralize the two energies within your body," the voice echoed in Ronin's consciousness.

"Now I am unable to move my body. How in the world am I supposed to share my consciousness with a lifeless body and take control?" asked Ronin.

"How? I do not know. That is your issue to resolve," the voice echoed in his consciousness and fell completely silent.

"You better hide in your place. Do not let me find you in the future," Ronin shouted, contemplating how to find a way to obtain a lifeless body.

"Zheng jiu zhe (savior)!" a man shouted from outside.

"What is the matter, Fai gu?" asked Jin Zhao, his face displaying dominance.

"Zheng Jiu Zhe (savior), the demon lord is here. He wishes to engage in a deathmatch with you," Fai gu said, his face filled with fear.

"That coward has finally shown up. Lead the way," Jin Zhao said, grabbing his sword and following closely behind.

Both of them soared through the air on their swords, heading towards the location of the demon lord. After a few minutes, they arrived near the demon lord, and Jin Zhao gracefully descended from his sword. He locked eyes with the menacing demon lord.

"Demon lord, it has been a long time since I last saw you. Where have you been hiding all this time? If you dare to run away and hide again, I will massacre another village in your demon continent," said Jin Zhao, his face displaying arrogance.

"You despicable bastard! You have killed male demons and turned female demons into sex slaves. You have sent demon children to work in mines. You defeated the previous demon lord using dishonorable means, and now you plan to do the same to defeat the current demon lord. Unfortunately, I have no way to convey your despicable actions to him," Ronin said, frustration evident on his face.

"How dare you kill my people! I will cut you into pieces and show the true meaning of hell to every human in this continent," shouted the demon lord, brandishing his weapons.

Clang... Clang... Clang...

"Haha, how exciting! I never expected the demon lord to become stronger," shouted Jin Zhao as he slashed his sword dangerously close to the demon lord's throat.

The demon lord swiftly dodged the attack and defended against all the incoming strikes with his weapons. Activating his berserk skill, the demon lord's strength and power surged to another level.

Jin Zhao began to feel the pressure from the demon lord, and it didn't take long for him to sustain a few injuries and start bleeding.

"I'm bleeding," Jin Zhao murmured, disbelief etched across his face.

"Jin Zhao, this place shall be your burial ground!" shouted the demon lord with excitement, swiftly advancing towards Jin Zhao with lightning speed, aiming his weapons directly at Jin Zhao's vital organs.

Clack... clack...

Jin Zhao relaxed his furrowed brows and made a few clicking sounds with his tongue, while moving his finger from left to right through the air.

"Fai gu, activate the 'demon lord prison'!" Jin Zhao shouted.

"He did it! This bastard actually did it! I thought there might be some variations, but I never expected this parallel world to be an exact copy-paste of that damn novel... I... I will change this parallel world the moment I find a lifeless body. I will destroy this despicable bastard," cursed Ronin from inside the sword.
