Chapter 74: Eternal and Archon

I am the Eternal, the entity that has observed the universe since the beginning of time. I am the one who has witnessed the creation and destruction of galaxies, who has seen the evolution of life on millions of planets, and who follows the journey of souls for all eternity.

I was there when Light and Darkness first clashed. I saw how Light created worlds and how Darkness corrupted those who touched its powers. I observed the birth of gods and the emergence of mortal beings who struggled to survive in a world of darkness and danger.

Over the millennia, many stories have been told about me, some true, others fanciful. They say that I am the embodiment of time, that I am omnipotent and omniscient, that I am an immutable force that governs the destiny of all things. Perhaps there is some truth to all of this, but I am more than a simple idea or concept. I am a real entity, with my own will and purpose.

I have always been here, watching the evolution of the universe and intervening when necessary. When Darkness threatened to consume everything, I sent Light to restore balance. When the gods became arrogant and greedy, I brought them down and made room for new divinities to emerge.

Today, I feel that the universe is in danger once again. There is an unknown and powerful force spreading throughout the cosmos, corrupting everything it touches. I have felt its presence for a long time, but I have never been able to identify its origin or purpose. Now, I see its shadows approaching the worlds I created, staining the beauty and harmony that I so much pride myself on.

I know it is time to act. I need to uncover the truth about this force and, if necessary, fight against it. I cannot allow the universe to be destroyed by evil. I am the Eternal, the guardian of balance and justice, and I will do whatever it takes to protect everything that has been created.

The Eternal felt a shiver run through his entire being. He knew that the arrival of that creature was not a coincidence. The entity focused on his essence, seeking some explanation for that interference. That was when he realized: the universes were on a collision course. The Eternal had no idea what could happen if these worlds met. But he knew that a great change was about to occur and that the balance of the cosmos was in danger.

Archon, the supreme ruler of the universe, watched the collision of the universes with a sadistic smile on his lips. He didn't care about the consequences that would follow, after all, he held all the power and nothing could shake him. With a look of disdain, he watched the two universes approach as if it were the funniest scene in a comedy movie.

His eyes shone with the expectation of imminent chaos, as if it were just entertainment for his eternal existence. Archon didn't need spies to know what was happening in every corner of the universe, as his omniscience made him the holder of all knowledge. He didn't care about the lives that would be lost or the destruction that would come with the collision of the universes, as all of this was insignificant in the face of his own greatness.

As he watched the scene, Archon let out a loud and sinister laugh. While watching the imminent collision of the universes, Archon felt a sense of euphoria. The idea of two universes merging into one was exciting for him. He laughed out loud, as if he were watching a hilarious comedy. After all, what was the collapse of universes compared to the power he held as the supreme ruler of everything?

Archon turned his attention to the collision of the universes, watching with pleasure as energy accumulated in the space between them. He knew that the fusion of the universes would create something new, something even more powerful. And he was eager to see what would emerge.

As the universe trembled and stirred in anticipation, Archon remained impassive. He was the ruler of everything, and nothing could shake his dominion over the cosmos. He laughed again, knowing that he was about to witness an event that would be marked in history. And he would be the only one to tell the story.

As Archon watched the collision of the universes approaching, he noticed something strange. Something was trying to stop the fusion of the universes. Archon felt his irritation grow within him. No one had the right to interfere with his plans.

Archon, with his omnipotence and omniscience, knew that the collision was inevitable and didn't care about the outcome. However, upon realizing that something was interfering with the natural course of the event, he became irritated and decided to intervene. With a gesture of his hand, he used his power to force the fusion of the universes, winning the tug of war effortlessly. No being or entity could resist his will, and he relished the feeling of absolute control over everything that existed.

After the tug-of-war had finally ended, Archon was visibly irritated and his voice echoed throughout the universe: "Who dared to challenge my power and try to prevent the merger of the universes? I am the supreme ruler of all that exists and nothing can stop me!"

A mysterious voice answered, "There are many powerful beings who do not want the merger of the universes, Archon. This can cause great instability and threaten the existence of everything we know."

Archon replied angrily, "I don't care about stability! If I want to see the merger of the universes happen, nothing can change that!"

The voice calmly replied, "There is something you do not know, Archon. Something that can change everything."

Archon was silent for a moment, intrigued by what the voice was saying. "What do you mean?" he asked.

The voice replied, "There is an entity that should not exist. He fears that this could trigger something even worse than the destruction of the universes. He wants to steal your position as ruler."

Archon was surprised and curious. "Who is this entity?"

"The answer is within you, Archon," said the voice. "You must listen to your own wisdom and decide what to do."

With that, the mysterious voice disappeared, leaving Archon deep in thought. He realized that there was much more at stake than he had thought. He knew he needed to make a decision, but he didn't know what the best one would be. He decided to reflect more on this before acting.
