Was Heaven a sadist?

How could she make his life a living hell for years, only to take him to heaven just when he reached his boiling point? To be honest, Dominic sometimes felt she was toying with him, but even if that was true, he didn't mind.

For as long as she could keep up with this lie, it didn't matter. 

"Come here," he breathed out a jagged breath, pulling her hand up to him when she released his erection. 

"Kya!" Heaven let out a brief shriek, unable to escape from him as she landed on his lap. 

Surely yanking her to his lap was his talent. She didn't even bump her head, though that was because his other hand supported the back of her head. Her eyes shook slightly, clutching his shoulders on instinct.
