Hmmmmm what should I choose?
I could choose Blood magic, but I can use that anyway. Maybe Gravity? Nahhh that book I read about an ant who could control gravity magic made it seem like a lot of effort.
How about Time then? That would be good in the future, but would probably be weak right now. Shadow seems like an interesting idea buuuuut, it's basically just stealth and stuff. Oooooo what if I do something like Light and healing magic? Nah that would probably have the reverse effect on me.
Being a demon is hard.
Wait a second, it didn't say I needed to choose now. Just that I could choose to get an extra organ.

Holy crap! There was a server announcement for me levelling up! Maybe it will be easier than I thought to reach out to my mum, I need to get stronger though. Can't be idle.
A small rift in the fabric of space appeared and something was thrown out. It was a long and shiny sword that looked like something out of the medieval era. I bent down and examined the small grooves and edges on the fantastic piece of art.

Well that's really simple, rare sword, what a terrible name. At least it is an actual sword though.
-At the same time-
"Explain to me how in the flying FUCK has someone already reached Lv10! It hasn't even been a full day since the game was opened. WE aren't even Lv8!"
A massive bear like man was roaring terribly at his smaller companions they were all kneeling and donned black cloaks (they were clearly assassins, the person shouting was Kyle Summers, the world renowned VR player that currently held the world high scores for multiple games. He was around 6 foot 4 and had a large brown beard and blue eyes.
"Find the little shit that reached level 10 and deliver him to me. I want to kill him myself. "
-Just after-
"Wow this is pretty cool, not only have I got a new sword, but there is a server leaderboard. I wonder how the other servers are doing? How can I even reach another server?"
Meh oh well, those are questions that I can't answer relatively soon, so I might as well just forget about them. Not knowing the drama I had caused, I continued my killing journey through the forest.

"What is this bug?!" Many of the Control team yelled as they watched Luke slaughter monsters and humans alike.
The Demons and Devil World wasn't supposed to be released till everyone reached level 100.
"Someone fix this, there will be a tonne of complaints if this is left unchecked." The Head of the Control said.
How has a demon made it to the surface, the only entrance is that secluded area, but the system should deter demons from there. Ahhh this is annoying, we are gonna have to block it with dimensional barriers. The Head thought as he grimaced from the amount of time they would have to spend on this.
Just before starting to block the entrance to the Devil World, the Head tried to delete the demon from the Plateau (what most users call the first world).

Luke was singing to himself as he ruthlessly slaughtered level 7-8 monsters that made the mistake of crossing him.
After a minute of walking, he began to feel something. A tingling sensation that began in his feet and spread up his legs and eventually to his head. Hmmm, this may not be good.
Suddenly the tingling turned to burning and he started to disintegrate.
"WHAT THE FU-"

Awwwww crap, I am back in the Devil World.
[System Announcement: The devil that had risen from the Devil World has been vanquished by the Holy God Asandreus! All pathways to and from the Devil World have now been blocked by the 8 Gods. Beware the Devils shall rise and consume the Plateau]

"Well I think we handled that pretty well, don't you think Scott" the Head of the Control Team said to the Head of planning.
"Mhm, maybe next time don't let something like this happen"
"Feckin dick" the head of control mumbled.
It's not even our fault, the game is mostly run by AI so this should have been stopped anyway.
"Seems like a design flaw if you ask me" The head of Control said to Scott,
"I'll make sure to tell Mike you said that" Scott said with a malicious smile on his ugly face.

——Back in Luke's home——
"Damn it!" Those players were such juicy xp cakes that were so easy to eat.
I walked out of my cave with a grin on my face, breathing deeply and inhaling all the sulphur. Gazing out over the vast expanse that was littered with monsters, imps and tree I spoke aloud.
"Right, time to take over this place"
