For those wondering I changed some things, basically, male groups are not included here in this fanfic female groups are tho. So I changed Oli's last company to YG entertainment and his favorite drink is sweet strawberry juice. For the reason well I reflected and If it was going to be a competitive thing I would have to give an opinion on them and that is a BIG NO. But hey at least Saiko you got the female groups.

At the end of the day, Daeho was on a call with his mother and they were just catching up since they hadn't spoken in a while.
'' So baby tell your mother when did you become such a talented pianist?'' She inquired seriously.
Daeho began to sweat nervously. She wasn't supposed to know that he was Ryuu yet but she somehow found out and she was really happy about him and felt sad because the type of music he played was mostly sad or melancholic which worried her a lot for her baby...
He had to find a way to not make her worry, he had to explain to her for 30 minutes that it was just a phase and he had written those notes when he was sad when he belonged to GIFT and was using them now. This obviously was a very well made excuse.
But now she was asking him about his piano skills, how would he get out of this situation. He was about to answer her when he heard slight sobs on the other side, this just made him utterly worried, and asked in a hurry. ''Mom is everything okay? What is wrong?''
It was a reflex but the sobs on the other side of the call didn't end. They grew louder. ''ANNA My son is such a talented kid.'' And just like that, she broke into a loud cry.
Daeho was shocked and didn't know whether to laugh or cry, he wasn't used to this type of mother who would change mood like this. ''Mom I just learned casually.''
His mother who heard his words puffed one of her cheeks and said in disapproval. ''What are you saying casually, *sobs* You played so well you moved your mother's heart, such a pretty melody *sobs* my baby is growing so fast. *loud cry*'' She just began crying and loudly shouting to Anna about how her son was growing and how talented he was.
Then in an instant, she went serious and said while hiccuping in the middle because of how she cried. ''Ah, baby, about the school I applied for you to transfer into a school around your dormitory, what was its name again?'' She kept trying to remember the name of the school until a mature voice beat her to it. Daeho couldn't really hear what she said so he just stayed silent.
''Oh that is right Anna, it is Highlight high, who was the person who named a school like that? Anyway... Baby that will be your school, there are really smart people there so make your mother proud and don't go last! I already spoke to the principal and with a little incentive she allowed you to start on the 3rd of October so don't forget about that. The school uniform will be sent I bought 2 sets of the 3 different suits. I want you to take a picture of you wearing the pink suit it will look so cool on you.''
Daeho wasn't listening to anything after the incentive, was his mother a gangster and he didn't know about it? The way she said it was quite ominous. But it wasn't the end of her words.
''And about using a mask, mom got you covered and since you want to hide your beautiful face mother bought many masks for you in different colors too. The pink mask will look so cute on my little Dae... I just told the principal that you were ill and couldn't take the mask off for some time.''
Daeho was sure that behind that cute angelic voice of his mother an ominous beast was behind ready to swallow those who went against it. For sure this woman wasn't normal, she managed to make him have private schooling until he went to MAD entertainment his previous company, and where Gift was. The previous Daeho didn't think much of these things but only now was he realized just how influential the woman was.
Once the topic was out of the way she went again to her previous sobs and cries of happiness and sorrow. It was a very weird call. In the end, the call just kept up with her mourning about his growth and how he should treat himself well.
And even though Daeho disagreed she said she would send 3000WP. Daeho still wasn't used to this and didn't want to be burdening his mother, although she was stacked and had lots of money supposedly his mother was a big person in the investment world. Since she was very sharp and careful where she placed her money and she normally had huge returns which was unusual, this was just how big her vision was. Yet relating to him she would turn like that. It was way too comical.
He tried to convince her to only send half but she insisted on sending the full thing and in the end, she just ended the call right in his face. His mother was an enigma of a woman and it was something he wouldn't try to think too deeply on. It was enough to know she liked what he did and that she was supporting him, although not in body but in mind.
It made him elated to see just how much she cared, she was similar in a way to his adoptive mother on the other plane. Some warm moments he had in his heart and made him value this new mother more.
Actually, it was strange, the former Daeho came from a rich family and still had such a lack of wardrobe, but then he remembered he used his money on tutors and everything to help him improve faster, although the tutors were expensive and barely did much, leaving him to train alone for the most part. It made sense.
But now he wouldn't have that problem and he was confident in his improvements, in the long run, things were beginning to shine to him.
