After a month, the chaos has finally subsided with the help of All Might stopping the villains from taking advantage of the situation and the police stopping the protesters and calming them down. The Hero Public Safety Commission was restructured with its remaining staff and the Pro Heroes went under internal cleansing. Any Pro Heroes who was found guilty of any illegal activities got their license revoked and can never take the exam again. Others have criminal cases against them and they were sent to Tartarus. They shouldn't underestimate the information gathering of the former members of bounty hunters.
We have our eyes in them since in the past and with the help of my AI daughter, we can easily find some traces of evidences.
More than 16% of Pro Heroes got dismissed because of the internal cleansing and most pro heroes got shock by this, learning that some of their comrades are actually criminals who used their position as Pro Heroes to do unlawful and corrupt things.
Yokumiru Mera became the new head of the commission since none of my subordinates wanted that troublesome position. As I expected, we all think the same and just pushed the job position to him since he's so hardworking.
With this, my hatred on Pro Heroes completely diminished and I'm rest assured that the organization will be fine in the future.
Now, I can finally rest and watch the sunrise on this grateful universe.
Currently, I'm on the top of my hotel building just near my home city, watching the sunrise in the morning.
I smiled, seeing the beautiful scenery.
"Falcon!"
Turning around as I glanced at the three whom I called here on the rooftop.
"Lady Nagant, Gentle Criminal... And also..."
I glared at La Brava as she also glared back at me.
"Lolibaba!"
"ShotaJiji!"
I sighed, taking out something from pocket and I went closer to Lady Nagant.
"Here."
"That's..."
Lady Nagant's eyes widened, seeing her Pro Hero License in my hand as she take it and look at it clearly.
"I finally took down all the criminal cases against you and made it as self defense. The criminal charges went to the former head which is already dead."
I smiled at her, seeing her being melancholic.
"From here on, you're finally free. It's up to you now if you want to continue to work as a pro hero."
"...Thank you, Falcon."
Going towards Gentle Criminal, I took out an white envelope and give it him.
"Have you finally learned your lesson, Gentle?"
"Huh? What is it?"
Gentle was confused.
He took the envelope and opened it.
Taking out the paper as he reads it, he was completely shock.
"I heard what happened to you in the past. When you tried to save someone, an accident happened and things became worst especially for you. I know that you have a good intentions but you are too impatient."
He trembled as he continued reading the letter while tears are falling from his eyes.
"The people thought of you now as a hero for your deeds. What's missing is a license. This is the thing that you lost a long time ago and I'm bringing it back to back. Don't be like me since I'm still unqualified with my age."
Gentle fell on his knees as he burst into tears,
"Thank you very much, Falcon! I will never forget this debt."
I squatted down and patted his shoulder.
It was an application for Pro Hero License exam and I made him qualified again to take the exam.
"You earned it by helping me. Don't lost your qualifications this time. I will repeat what that Gorilla told you from the police station... the only people who say they can't turn their lives around are the ones with no real desire to change. They're too impatient that they want the result right away."
(Sir Nighteye should told me that he was just going with my plan. Gentle's arrest was a purpose of making him learn his lesson early. Someone knowing your future move is really scary.)
"Take your time and learn from your mistakes. Someday, your dream will come true."
"Yes... Thank you."
I glanced at La Brava and reminded her,
"HikiNeet, since you're smart, you should help Gentle with his studies for the exam."
"Of course, Pink-head! I will do anything to help Gentle."
"I'm warning you. Don't try hacking on anything. Me and my AI daughter will be watching you."
"Heh, Roboco and I are already great friends."
"Well... poor you. You don't have real friends."
"Who cares? Roboco and Gentle are already enough for me."
La Brava and I intensely stared at each other.

"These two really gets along with each other."

Lady Nagant and Gentle are smiling upon us.

Going back to Tokyo, I arrived back to my workshop when suddenly, my phone on my pocket vibrates and I took it out, seeing it was Bakugou.
I was shocked when it was him because he doesn't want to call me personally and he always ask Deku to sent his message for him.
"Now, I remember. Both of them still doesn't have personal phones. Should I send them one as a gift? Wait! How did Bakugou contacted me?"
Remembering that I'm still in my adult form.
I let go of my phone and leave it on a table then I immediately teleported in the rooftop and transformed.
"Shazam!"
*Zap!*
Teleporting back in the room, I finally answered the call.
"Kacchan, hello?"
*Damn you, Ichika! Will you answer the call quickly?!*
Bakugou sounds mad but I can sense that he's flustered.
"What is wrong with you?"
*I-I-I... Damn it!*
"Calm down! I know you're hot-blooded but this isn't like you. You're always blunt and direct to me."
*I-I-It's Deku! I think he is hiding something!*
"Huh?"
*He's acting suspicious around me!*
Feeling disappointed of Bakugou.
"Really? I bet you're bullying him again and now... he is avoiding you."
*Ugh! That Deku!*
"I see... what a horrible friend."
*Wait! I don't bully him that much now! I'm just telling him to know his place!*
"Do you want me to come there and hit you?"
I raised my left while in phone call.
*Ah! Damn you!*
He sounds frustrated.
*That's not what I want to tell you! Have you noticed anything strange on him?*
"What strange?"
*It's... It's a kind of feeling... Ugh! I can't explain it! When I tried to touch him, he feels different and it's like...*
I was surprised by his words,
"Kacchan, don't tell me!"
*Do you understand now? You met with him a month ago, right? He told me.*
"Do you swing that way with Deku?"

He just ended the call.

After going to the market to buy some souvenirs, I went to visit Izuku in his home.
I teleported to Musutafu but when I arrived there, it was raining hard.
Right now, I am running while being soak in rain.

Turning into a corner, I saw Izuku wearing a plain t-shirt and shorts while covered in mud. He was running from the rain just like me.
"Deku!"
When I yelled very loud, he turned his head and glanced behind. Seeing me, he was surprised.
"Ichika-kun?"
"Huh?"
I was confused when he didn't call my name with the usual.
"No, I mean, Ichika-san."
"I told you to feel free to call me with just my name. We are childhood friends. Don't be so distant or Kacchan will cry."
"Hehehe... Kacchan will be furious if he hears that."
"Oh, that's right! Kacchan is acting strange when I spoke with him in my phone. Do you know something?"
"I have no idea. He became a little distant with me lately."
"I see."
"Aren't you supposed in Tokyo? What are you doing?"
"I told you... Kacchan is acting strange and he said you're the reason. That's why, I decided to visit here."

"I bought some souvenirs. Let's eat it at your house."

Arriving at their apartment building,
"I'm home!"

"Izuku, is that?"
"Mom, Ichika came to visit!"
Deku's mother came to welcome us.
Her name was Midoriya Inko. Like Izuku, Inko has large and circular eyes. Her hair and eyes are also green, but in a slightly darker shade than her son's. Her hair is straight and shoulder-length, with a small and spiky ponytail at the back.
"Ara, Ichika-kun. It's been a while."
"Yeah, it's been a while, Inko-san. Here..."
I gave her the souvenirs as gift.
"Thank you."
When she noticed that both of us are wet from the rain,
"You two will catch a cold if you stayed like that. Ichika-kun, make yourself at home. Feel free to use our bathroom. I lend you some clothes."
When she glanced at Izuku,
"Clean and dry yourself first with a towel and go after Ichika-kun finished his bath. Why do you look so muddy?"
"Well... I slipped down on a puddle, Mom."
Deku look down and I can see sadness from his eyes.
"Liar."
"Eh?"
I intensely look at him.
"Did someone pushed you? Tell me and I will erase his existence."
Izuku got bamboozled knowing what kind of person I am.
"No, it's nothing! I just slipped by myself!" he responded in panic.
"Okay... I'll remember that."
Inko-san sighed then she smiled, looking at us.
"I really felt at ease when you're with Izuku."
"Well, we're friends. Me, Deku and Kacchan. We're the three idiots after all." I proudly spoke.
"Hehehe... Thank you. Go and take a bath now or you'll get sick."
Glancing at Izuku, I grabbed his arm.
"Come and join me, Deku! Show me the results of your training!"
"Ara?"
Inko was surprised while Izuku got flustered.
"Ichika, I think that's a bit..."
"Come on!"
Izuku was no match with me in strength when I dragged him to the bathroom.
Taking off all my clothes, leaving myself completely naked, Izuku covered his face out of embarrassment.
"What are you? A girl?"
Out of annoyance, I lift up his shirt but he tried to stop.
"No!"
"What wrong?"
When he look at my crotch, he covered his face like a girl again.
"Kyaah!"
"Tsk!"
I used this chance to grab his shorts and pulled it down. I was completely shock from what I saw.
"Ah..."
He was wearing a pure pink underwear that belongs to a girl and what really shock me is not the underwear but I can't see any traces of male organ in the crotch.
(There's no mistake. She's definitely, absolutely and genuinely a girl. The main character of this world became a girl. What the hell just happened! Is it because of me?)
Glancing at Deku who's covering her face, I understand now why Bakugou is acting strange.
"I need some explanation later."
Putting back her shorts, I took the towel on my side and entered the bathroom alone.
