Chapter 113: Training

"What is the meaning of this?" I asked, wariness taking over and making me take several steps back.

"Hehehe..." Yet, despite my wariness, all I could hear was the semi-sinister laugh coming out of her mouth.

"I don't like that laugh Latia..." I said while taking another step back. This time, however, I wasn't wary. Instead of showing a worried expression, my face changed into a stone-cold one... 

My voice was emotionless, while my eyes radiated killing intent like no other.

"Hehe. Don't worry, I'm not going to do anything to you. I wanted to ask you a question though." She closed her eyes and raised her chin in pride with a beaming smile on her face.

"I want to make you my student!" She continued, yet despite her words being uttered with the utmost confidence, I could not help but frown.
